“The Ewheels team gave an awesome scooter purchasing experience. Wonderful communications throughout the pre, mid, and after sales process. Jason and William were extremely quick responding any questions and requests I had, and made sure everything was in place after the product was received. They went out of their way to arrange putting the ETWOW GT in my hands within 8 hours after ordering online. That's a first! That's what they aim to do, give buyers confidence through top level service, carry highest quality products, and offer peace of mind knowing they will be there if any issues were to arise. “I purchased a TW Swift as my first escooter and boy do I love it. Of course you're always going to want a faster and faster scooter, but for my budget this was a perfect choice. It being in the T8 line, the Swift is by far the best choice in the line. The extra font brake is a no brainers for why I went with the Swift. I already have over 1000 miles on it and I honestly haven't been babying it. Its survived my abuse in nyc streets and keeps going. In the 1000 miles the only maintenance I've had is 1 flat tire. That's it. Aside from the scooter, the customer support from eWheels is top notch.”

“Scooters pretty awesome suspension for me is a little stiff since I like to do a lot of trail riding so I am modifying the suspension but I love the range on this 35-mile range cruising at 20 miles an hour and I'm a 200lb rider plenty of power to cruise up the hills the only downside a little it's a little heavy with the wide tires on it it does like the track really straight and stay a lot more stable than my zero 10x you do get used to the weight but once you go back to the 10x you're thinking to yourself where's the power the customer service was really good and they answered all my questions and had the vehicle shipped to me really fast”

“I love my Inmotion V8F. It shipped fast and arrived in great shape. I had a problem with an included power cable being of European spec. eWheels had a replacement in my hands in less than 24 hours. Now Im up and riding like a Boss! Thanks eWheels!”

“I have been in contact with ewheels prior to purchasing my wheel from them. Their service is top notch. My questions were answered promptly and instilled confidence in their company. They really strive to provide the best customer experience you can get. They are welcoming. Even though, they are an online store; they make you feel like your taken care of face to face. My wheel was supposed to get shipped but i had a change of desire and asked them if i could change the product. They agreed to stop the shipment and put in an order for a Sherman. I have an expected date in the tail end of March. Hopefully all goes well, I’m sure ewheels has my back of anything goes a stray.”

“eWheels blew me away. They provided, by default, service that made me feel legitimately respected... and I cannot think of another retail experience that has ever made me feel like that. Lithium batteries can be... exciting. And in this case, another electric unicycle (I hasten to point out: not a Veteran brand one!) burst into flames in the shipping container on the way over from China, which made every unit in the container (including mine) positively reak of horrible chemical death. So what did eWheels do? They _preemptively_ emailed me to let me know what was going on, and to assure me that if when it arrived it was a problem they'd make it right. They sent pictures of what had happened! They emailed me instructions for mitigating the smell if I chose to keep the unit... which I followed... and which worked. In some sense eWheels is making my overall retail experiences worse... because now I know what customer service can be.”

“Had a question after receiving my wheel and got an email back within minutes. Love having a responsive company. Have had my Tesla v2 a week now and getting better everyday. I've only got about 5 hours on it total but can control it well, which I can hardly believe as the first few hours are so hard . So stand tall and be confident and you will get it. Off topic a bit but it's soooo quiet.”

“If there is any place in the world i would be happy to throw my money at, would be eWheels! They are very forthright and honest in their dealings and are always informative with the product . When something wrong comes up with a shipment, they will tell you. All the safety information is transparent and they take great pride in customer service. Their customer service is 1000% and i highly trust this company with the products sent to me.”
