“I had a great experience with my electric unicycle purchase at eWheels. I placed my order and received order confirmation and tracking information within a day. I also received information on getting started with the wheel. When I ran into an issue with the documentation, Jason at eWheels was very prompt and responsive to my questions and was able to confirm the solution by reaching out to the OEM.”

“I’ve purchased 4 wheels from eWheels, the most recent being the Veteran Sherman. I’m glad to have the opportunity to write a review for eWheels because if the tables were turned I shudder to imagine what they’d say about me. I’m the sort of buyer with almost no technical skills, and who often asks questions where the answers would be obvious to more technically-minded riders. The Veteran Sherman is a high-end product and priced accordingly. This would ordinarily present a risk for me. I mean, would you gamble on a premium wheel at almost $3000 virtually sight unseen? From a new, untested manufacturer? You would if eWheels were selling it. EWheels' unwavering customer support of my previous purchases gave me 100% confidence in the company and their ability to back up their products, even a brand new wheel from a brand new company. Based on eWheels stellar reputation and proven power in the industry, I gave them a deposit and took the plunge with the Veteran Sherman. As I traveled a couple hundred miles and did several shake-down trips, I discovered a couple of minor problems with my Sherman that a lot of folks could have fixed themselves; but then ewheels was built for someone like me. I don’t know how to open up a wheel and extend a wire, or change a tire. I don’t have that kind of time, training or the bandwidth. Ewheels fixed two separate issues for me promptly (as in less than a week) and with absolute good cheer. They are also just as fast if you want to buy accessories; extra tires, covers, lights…. That is the ewheels difference. No hassles, fast replies to emails, and an attentive positive staff that doesn’t make you feel less of a rider for asking questions. Now at over 3000 miles on the Sherman I can report wheel and rider are thrilled; and when the next premium wheel comes to market later this year you can bet I’ll have all the faith in the world that eWheels will deliver another prized member to my growing family of EUCs.”

“Initially ordered the 14D in black with the smaller 340 Wh battery, but after changing my mind on the battery size I asked them if I could upgrade to a 420 Wh model as the wheel had not be shipped yet. They quickly updated my order while offering me a nice rebate, and shipped the wheel that same day. Great service as always.”

“In this industry what matters most is communication. Shipping delays happen from Chinese factories. Units arrive dead on arrival. Issues come up within the first couple miles. EWheels customer service is top notch dealing with all of this. When small issues came up with my wheel, they sent out replacement parts for free the same day I emailed them. I will continue buying from them.”

“Honest, informative and friendly people, is how I would describe the people at eWheels. I knew very little, other than what I had seen on YouTube, about the EUC. Reviews online by riders all had one thing in common and that was how great eWheels is to buy from. Everything from helpful service to great prices and excellent products. My experience with eWheels has been nothing but the best. Their helpful guidance in selecting the EUC that best fit me was spot on. “Fantastic! I was not sure where to buy my in motion V11 but other reviews seemed positive. My pre purchase inquiries were promptly addressed and the shipping was expedited to arrive in time for a trip . Small problem with charger was addressed instantly. Fantastic company !!”
