“Ewheels was recommended to me by a friend and they have been fantastic. I was unsure at first living in Canada if it would be worth the extra cost of shipping and duty but it has absolutely been worth it. It arrived to Canada within days of ordering even during this pandemic. I couldn’t believe it. Great warranty and friendly, helpful customer service from William. Bought the E-TWOW GT SE scooter and it has not disappointed. We may buy another.”

“I've bought 3 electric unicycle from e weeks. I was skeptical at first since thet aren't local but the customer service has been top notch. I've had a serious issue with my V11 and theyresonved with immediate (on a Saturday night!) Response follower up a few days later with the part. Now my v11 is perfect condition. Alyssa have lots of accessories in stock at great prices too.”

“Buying an EUC couldn’t be easier! Also not only did I order it prior to the large shipment, but they even gave me tracking info on the container ship to get a closer idea to its delivery window! It all arrived timely and they have great reassurance on product protection and assistance!”

“Friends: Just bought my second KS16S from eWheels. The first unit that arrived had a little software glitch ( a rare occurence with these devices) and the team responded quickly to make things right. World Class service and response. The replacement unit arrived quickly and I was able to charge it up, get her running, and had some fun riding with my son who was the recipient of my "properly broken in" wheel". Looking forward to dialing in my new unit and continue enjoying the thrill and skill of being a electric unicycle rider.”

“I bought the v11 and here is what happened: First i paid $500 as deposit on 3/18/2021 and i was supposed to wait till end of month but on 22nd i received email to pay remaining so i did. On 24th i received the wheel and used it for about 20 minutes but it was defected. I emailed the boys at Ewheels.com And they offered all the help needed They offered to send me the module that was bad for me to replace (after explaining the problem they right away knew what have happened) but i said no i prefer to send it back to them so they right away emailed me a free return label. It took about 4 days in total to go from covina CA to tuscon AZ get fixed and back Right at this moment its on the way to my house via FedEx. Also the air inflator was bad no questions asked they said they replaced it and they upgraded my charger to a rapid charger (i paid $50 on top of my regular charger)”

“The communication from ewheels was excellent as my mten3 was tracked during the logistics crisis. I was able to pay with bitcoin which was a special bonus! eWheels sent me special instructions to activate the wheel, and the mten3 has been great. This wheel with low price and small size can climb like crazy. I've taken it on trails and the biggest limitation is the clearance of the pedals. The lights stopped working and ewheels offered to send me a new controller. The wheel has been very rugged as I was learning to ride for the first time and had hundreds of crashes on grass and pavement. The wheel only has some scratches to show for it.”

“I've only order the v11 and some accessories through ewheels, but I have had LOTS of questions for them over the past few months. They ways respond rather quickly with very helpful information. Always super pleasant despite my tons of questions. My v11 arrived on time, in perfect working order. Can't wait to spend more time on it over the coming months.”

“This is my first euc. For a first euc, the V11 has a steep learning curve, but I feel that it’s worth it in the long run. Setup was mostly easy but remember to turn your euc on first and allow everything to boot up before connecting to the app. The first firmware installed fine but the second firmware install kept failing. I’d go out and back in and it’d start back at the % it left off at but it was annoying to have to do this a dozen times. It finally installed though. If this is your first euc or first euc with suspension then my tip go you (and I’ve learned the hard way) is to start off without any air in the suspension. This will make it 100x easier to learn to start and stop it. Plus, if you’re riding in pavement or concrete you won’t notice much of a difference anyway. After 2 days my legs and ankles are beat up and bruised. But if I had started with no suspension I think I could have avoided some of it. Haven’t had it long enough to verify range and the fastest I’ve ridden is about 17 mph. I’ll update this in the future if there are any quality issues.”

“I am a long time rider of most things electric. Mainly hoverboards,the guys at E Wheels let me know that I was in for a whole new thrill. Besides actually communicating with you before and after your purchase arrives, this is a true team of people that WANT to make sure it gets to you(the wheel) as fast as humanly possible and with as much info about everything you may ask. Evensome that you don't ask. Not only that, the video from E Wheels was by far the best I watched on learning how to ride my EUC. I was up on my EUC and freerolling in about 20 to 30 minutes and was able to cross an entire soccer field within an hour. TO ALL AND ANY NEW RIDERS With these guys in your corner you can't go wrong, THE THRILL IS ON, THANKS GOING OUT THE THE GUYS THAT HOOKED IT UP SO FAST William Grose and Drew Baughman.”

“My Gotway Mten3 was delayed by more than a month, though I expect that eWheels has no control over how long shipments from China take. I will say that every inquiry I had regarding the shipment, payment, or other wheel-related questions were answered same-day, with helpful information by the eWheels staff.”
