“The team at eWheels is very supportive and responsive which is why I buy all my wheels and euc parts from them. Both wheels (Sherman and S18) have performed flawlessly and with no issues at all. They also stick to their time frame and eta’s (which you don’t see so often these days). Very pleased.”

“ewheels is by far THE best place to buy an EUC or Scooter. I have made several purchases and the level of service and knowledge is simply outstanding. Jason is very attentive, professional and easy to work with. You can tell he loves what he does. I highly recommend ewheels. I've purchased 4 EUC's and an electric scooter from ewheels and every transaction was perfectly executed.”

“Normally don't bother writing reviews for websites. But given the slew of just awful experiences lately of delayed shipments and lack of communication from so many companies I felt it necessary to give credit where it's due. I'm not sure how they're managing to do it, but eWheels seemingly hasn't skipped a beat. All my orders are shipped ridiculously fast and support is right there to answer any questions. This is definitely the place to go for your all your pev resources.”

“I don't know another company, providing same level of customer service, as eWheels. Their response is always very quick and knowledgeable. When I received my first wheel from them, immediately I had a problem. It was Sunday, mid day. I sent them a chat message and got a call back in no more than 5 min. I had a problem with my 2nd wheel, KS-16X, and after trying hard to help me, they sent me a shipping label for warranty service. In the meantime, I ordered my 3rd wheel from them - KS-S18. I received it in 2 (two!) days and the same FedEx truck took away my broken wheel for repairs.”

“great experience! I ordered a part without signing in and payed for the order plus shipping. Before my order shipped, ewheels actually found my account and then REFUNDED the shipping that I paid, once they found out I was a member. Great customer service, very community oriented”

“ewheels has been great, but i wish there were more resources for first time riders. like how to ride, a getting started, or tips. i needed to look online for a bunch of resources to figure out how to start riding. also needed to buy a cover to prevent scratches from constantly falling off when starting.”

“Over the past year I have purchased 3 EUCs from ewheels.com and logged over 6000 miles on those machines. For my entire journey ewheels.com has been there supporting me with everything I needed from parts to advice about how to repair my machines when I crashed. They have also provided the SAME level of parts support and technical expertise for my inmotion V11 that I purchased in the used market. One more thing about shipping and ewheels.com - They dont try to gouge you for shipping and they know how to work the systems to get you your order FASTER and CHEAPER than anyone. I rarely take the time to write a review, but ewheels.com is the #1 merchant that I have ever worked with hands down.”

“We have purchased many performance electric scooters from E-wheels and have been very well taken care of from a customer perspective. This began from the very first contact with Drew as part if their team. William has been an ongoing tremendous value to your overall customer concerns and purchasing experience from his professional expertise! Highly recommend these guys for their commitment toward the product lines they sell and service on an ongoing basis. The prices of the products are competitive however the customer rappour is where we've been very satisfied. Thanks again to the entire Ewheels team behind the scenes!”
