“I've waited a month before writing this review. In that time, I have placed and received my order and received some *excellent* customer support with a teething issue I had. I am very impressed with the commitment to customer satisfaction shown by eWheels. 1. There was detailed, pro-active communication about the availability and delivery of the product. 2. The complementary set of wrist-guards show consideration for customer safety. 3. I received a response to my technical support question literally within a minute. There followed about a 15-minute exchange of emails, complete with pictures of my problem and detailed instructions to address it and now everything is resolved. This is what customer support should always be like! eWheels have been great. Thank you.”

“Top tier customer service offering a quality scooter that met my requirements. Fast and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had during the buying process. If your looking for an electric scooter or EUC, I'd highly recommend ewheels based on customer service alone. However, I feel their product selection is admirable as well.”

“Ewheels is great! They made buying my first EUC a smooth experience. I bought the INMOTION V8F for my first wheel. After 100 miles riding, I am quite pleased with its performance. The V8F is great for new riders. I am already thinking about an upgrade though. It is safe to say that I caught the EUC bug! Thanks again to Ewheels for making my first EUC purchase a pleasant one.”

“As I picked up my first wheel from the warehouse, when I needed some spare parts they gave me a discount for shipping, which was a nice surprise. When i email late night questions there is a response in the morning. Nothing but good to say about ewheels”

“Excellent customer service. Previously, I bought a couple wheels from their competitor, but I quickly learned that eWheels is superior in almost every way. They stand behind the products and help to resolve any issues that may arise. They know the wheels inside and out; their knowledge base is an invaluable asset before and after a purchase. My only wish would be to add a phone number for customer service.”

“Ive purchased 3 EUCs from EWheels and always received prompt, courteous and most important, knowledgeable customer support. They ship the wheels out fast and immediately responds to any and all questions you may have. Their website buying process is straightforward and it has sufficient product detail to make an informed decision. I recently bought the RS19 HT with EWheels proprietary Molicel batteries from EWheels so I can have a piece of mind that Begode wheels are as safe as possible and although only rode it 100 miles, the performance is insane and so far running flawlessly with no worries of a battery malfunction. With their competitive prices, fast customer service and a company who goes out of their way to support the PEV community, I will only buy my future EUCs from EWheels.”

“The team at eWheels is very supportive and responsive which is why I buy all my wheels and euc parts from them. Both wheels (Sherman and S18) have performed flawlessly and with no issues at all. They also stick to their time frame and eta’s (which you don’t see so often these days). Very pleased.”

“Normally don't bother writing reviews for websites. But given the slew of just awful experiences lately of delayed shipments and lack of communication from so many companies I felt it necessary to give credit where it's due. I'm not sure how they're managing to do it, but eWheels seemingly hasn't skipped a beat. All my orders are shipped ridiculously fast and support is right there to answer any questions. This is definitely the place to go for your all your pev resources.”
