“My turbo wheel scooter arrived and was delivered with excellent customer service each time i wrote an email. The scooter looks amazing and i am very excited to ride it as soon as i am feeling better. All said, i will definitely be coming back to ewheels to purchase my next scooter. I have never experienced such excellent customer service.”

“Just wow!! For starters the customer service is flippin outstanding. So helpful, so informative, so nice. They have the knowledge and the energy to push it. And then, when it comes to product, they have what your looking for and more. There line up of scooters and EUCs is unmatched. They also have pull when it comes to new design and need from the manufacturer. Which is awesome!!! If your in the market for some electric life changing commuting and safety, you can't go wrong with Ewheels. They will treat you right with the treat your looking for.”

“It was a pleasure working with William on the ewheels team and would definitely do business with his team again. Professional and knowledgeable. Your Strength in completing my order to best narrow down my choice of upgraded wheel has completely satisfied my purchasing experience. - helped me on both the V11 and RS HT - kept me updated when i consistently asked about status updates - provided me with strong safety solutions (OEM battery vs upgraded battery) to prevent cut outs and thermal events - the purchase was seamless from 500 deposit to completion with options to switch from one wheel to another.. - offering more than just a single wheel purchase, fast charger, and accessories. - knowledge of specs and results of previous purchases from others - helped me narrow down what i would be satisfied with. all of those items above i would always buy from your business and recommend others as well.. trust me i will always say where i got this wheel from and encourage others to purchase from you”

“InMotion V12 was on back order a long time from the manufacturer in China, but when it did ship, they got it to me pronto, even arriving a day earlier than they said. While no one likes being on back order, I received several emails with information about shipment schedules and appreciated the good communication.”
