“Just bought my first EUC from eWheels this Feb 2023 and it's been fantastic so far. I just past 100 miles today after riding my Veteran Sherman Max for a week. The seat, pads and second (faster) charger that eWheels included are appreciated, although I haven't tried the seat yet. Delivery was fast for free shipping and everything was in order.”

“Ewheels is always the go-to in the local Seattle EV community for new wheels. Their service is prompt and helpful, they have some of the best communication around, and their prices are reasonable as well. What’s more, they go the extra distance to ensure they’re sending out the safest available products, and in my experience have stopped selling certain products that don’t meet up to certain safety standards.”

“My experience with eWheels was very positive. They were extremely responsive to questions and requests for support. They helped me select the best scooter for my needs, passing up an opportunity to upsell me. They are extremely knowledgeable about the e-TWOW products. When I needed parts (one to correct a minor manufacturing defect, one to replace something that I broke), they shipped extremely quickly and, for the parts that were not covered by warranty, price was very reasonable. Scooter prices were competitive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.”

“Volumes have been written about the Sherman S but can’t be said enough is the fantastic experiences I’ve had with EWheels. Very fast shipping on numerous recent orders including my new Sherman S. Very well packaged and delivered ahead of of the estimated time. Jason responded to all my emails within a couple hours and in minutes couple times. Extremely satisfied and ready to buy again in the near future.”

“The pedals I ordered are fantastic, and came fast and well packaged. I’m an eWheels convert for sure. I’d waited two months for another vendor to ship the same pedals, and finally canceled that order and looked up eWheels. I probably should have bought my wheel from them, but now I know better. “My 18xl arrived quickly in perfect condition. It's great that it came with the larger pedals already installed and free wrist guards. Made it so I could begin learning to ride day one. It's been a hassle free experience from order to delivery for a first time EUC owner.”

“Ordering was a breeze, the shipment was the next day and my VSETT 10+ arrived 3 days later in good shape. On arrival the rear brake was low on hydraulic fluid. Emailed eWheels and they responded the same day and shipped out a new brake caliper and line plus a few other goodies. I ended up not needing the brake caliper just to bleed the brake. Jason was awesome and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I recommend eWheels for your needs.”

“Excellent customer service period. I didn't interact with anyone but put in an online order for a Kingsong 16S. Not even ten or fifteen minutes went by before receiving a shipping tracking number for the 16S and also a nice letter with starter tips for usage of the unicycle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jason and the team.”

“Anytime I email or send a message from the website, I get a prompt response from Jason. I really appreciate the customer service at eWheels and it’s the reason I keep coming back. I’ve purchased six wheels over the past six years, all from eWheels. Each of them has provided soooo much fun. It’s become a way of life. Don’t hesitate to buy from them. “Ewheels is awesome! Last year I bought the veteran Sherman Maxx and I think it was still on the boat. They got it to me ASAP. I just bought the V12 high torque and it showed up on 3 days. They even gave me a deal on spike pedals. Highly recommend them!”
