“I sold my GW Tesla only for reason that I have knee problems and felt real pain when riding on a bumpy road. So, I've found appropriate wheel for me with suspension and I changed GW Tesla for Inmotion V11 from eWheels. The new one is a nice wheel but very different compare to GW Tesla. I feel it much heavier when riding and turning and it has much slower acceleration moment and not much soft braking. I miss my Tesla! But suspension compensates everything else. Now I can ride over bumps positively with no pain! Overall Inmotion V11 is awesome, absolutely amazing machine, very stable, very fast and fun to ride. I’m awaiting power pads and they definitely will help with acceleration and braking. Many thanks to Jason and his team for outstanding dedicated service.”

“Amazing service during dire times: I've never had an EUC before and live in the major metropolitan area where I relied solely on public transport to move around. Given the immense risk brought upon by the pandemic ewheels provided me a way to travel long distances without subjecting myself to being in a cramped subway. Not only did they help me find a product but they went above and beyond to make sure it reached me quickly and as safely as possible. It took me about a month but I'm finally able to be a confident rider.”

“This is my first wheel and 1st time riding today. I love this wheel it is so much fun and I already got it up to 37mph. My legs are so soar lol. Can't wait to take it back out tomorrow. I'm 40 years old and never been on one of these but I am picking it up quick.”

“You need to vigilant and persistent in emails. They are busy so sometimes you have to message twice. They are salesmen. They will dodge a question before they would give you a straight answer that may discourage you. Nice guys, but there is room for improvement. The website has mostly thorough information, though I would like a schematic of my wheel. Website is acceptable yet a little awkward to navigate.”

Hi there, Thank you for the review. We're not perfect at eWheels, but we do try our utmost to advise customers to the best of our ability. In addition we really do our best not to sell products that we don't believe in, - even products in our own inventory and ready to ship that day, - an easy buck! We do this on a daily basis (the surplus of sub-par products is not ideal, but we won't sell it if we don't believe in it. We value our customers much more than that). “When my v11 arrived, I was quickly disappointed to discover it couldn't survive a bump. However, the champions at eWheels rose to the occasion by giving me options for repairs (self, send it back) at no cost (not even shipping!), and I had my wheel rolling in just a couple of days. On top of being fast, you've been professional, courteous, and even friendly. I'll be buying more from you in the future.”

“The Veteran Sherman is like if aliens studied humanity and made thier own wheel in an attempt to communicate with us. This wheel contains all the requisite pieces to surpass every advanced level wheel to baller level, like you're not even prepared for the level of baller you will be elevated to.”

“The eWheels team is the best! I have purchased 3 wheels from eWheels and will never buy from anywhere else. Any time I've have a warranty issue the replacement is sent out before eWheels even received the bad item back! Their customer service is unmatched in this, or any industry!”
