“Excellent purchase experience with ewheels. I ordered my Kingsong 16s and it arrived quickly. The whole shopping experience from the first mouse click to the ring on my door by Fedex was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend shopping ewheels. I plan on purchasing Kingson 18L from them in the future. A well-earned 5 stars.”

“I’m very pleased with the service I received from ewheels. The demo units they sent out to various youtubers got me interested in the sport. I hope they continue this practice to help the community grow and allow the manufacturers to keep innovating and improving their wheels. As for some constructive criticism, the ewheels website seems dated. When I say dated I mean that it doesn’t seem to kept up to date with info. I was interested in a Z10 but couldn’t not find where to purchase it on the site. The availability grid should link to the wheels and purchasing could me a little more straightforward. I also haven’t seen any info on the rash of Z10 failures occurring recently. I did, however, find some very useful info on my first wheel the Solowheel Glide 3. Ewheels’ info and recommendations on this wheel are spot on and I’m very happy I chose this wheel. Shipping of my wheel was very fast and I received it in 3 days. Keep up the great work ewheels! I’ll definitely be purchasing my next wheel with you.”

“Picked up my first EUC from ewheels about 3 months back. A Gotway MSX. Love the damn thing!! The reason I got on ewheels was to have US support for products coming from China. Didn't want to have to deal with long wait times and poor communications. That choice was well supported. An issue came up with wheel clearance (which i found out is common on the MSX) Jason immediately sent me a return label to have the wheel inspected and adjusted. Definitely an added feeling of confidence and security with my purchase. Since then Ive purchased 2 more wheels from Ewheels! I can't imagine buying these things anywhere else! Great customer support and I love all the comparisons and videos available on the site to help with buying decisions.”

“eWheels are the ones you want to go to. Their customer service is way beyond expectations. Both from a sales, as well as a technical support aspect, they were prompt to return calls and emails, and were patient with their responses, ensuring I was fully satisfied. If you're on the fence, just give these guys a call and you will be assured. I purchased the Dualtron Ultra and couldn't be more pleased. I was very nervous I would end up with buyer's remorse, but to the contrary. I love my new machine and feel very secure that if I need any help in the future, eWheels will do all they can to ensure their customer is satisfied.”

“For me there is no rational reason not to buy one's EUC from eWheels if you live in the USA and maybe Canada. They standby everything they sell even when the manufacturers don't. The service I have received has been top tier. I probably would not have purchased my KS18L at all if eWHEELS didn't exist. Other means of procuring the wheel were to risky for my blood.”

Jason was spectacular in arranging free shipping as well as a local tech William adding the water resistance recall to my purchase as well as safety gear and on site training/pointers as I was a new rider. “Ewheels is the best at customer support after the sale, questions or problems are dealt with quickly. I simply had some questions about my new wheel and sent an email to support@ewheels.com, the answers came in minutes. When buying a tech product from China, such as an EUC it is reassuring to know that ewheels will be there for you. Jason McNeil is the best. Thanks”

“Received my ks14s wheel in excellent condition. I will have a fairly long learning curve, I fear, but can envision carefree cruising eventually. It is just too soon to know how quickly I may be able to ride. Have purchased knee, elbow and wrist protection and already had a helmet. Now all I need is the time, place and will to keep at it till su cess is achieved. Thanks, Jason, for the help in choosing this fine wheel.”

“Nobody supports the EUC community like Jason and the eWheels team. He's gone above and beyond so many times for me I've lost count. Replacement parts, warranty work, and so much more. There is nobody in the US that supports his EUC customers anywhere close to Jason. Great job!”
