“Having had a terrible experience here in March we were given complimentary tickets to compensate. I’m pleased to say they’ve really turned it round and the experience this time was excellent. They had more staff on duty so everything was kept well stocked. The food was of a good quality but there is still room for improvement there. Now they have sorted the issues out I would definitely return and recommend it.”

“As usual, the stay was relaxing and comfortable. The barman was polite and friendly. Shame the front desk staff didn't acknowledge us upon exiting after our stay. Would also be better if you got to know about the 'Aspire Rewards' app before you entered the lounge so you could have at least claimed the reward points as you booked in.”

“Worst lounge i've been in. Relly busy, cramped, squeezed as many people in as possible, didn't feel relaxing at all. The food was coming out in dribs and drabs, so you could never make a full meal, like the bacon would be out but the sausage and beans would be gone etc. Staff worked hard, but was over capacitated. Will never use this lounge again, would feel more chilled in the terminal fighting over a space at the bar.”

“This is the 2nd time this year I have used this lounge.I have to say this time around I didnt think it was as good.The sausages weren't as nice and less choice of pastries.The reception lady was the same lady as last time and she was very nice again.The barman was a bit frosty when I asked him something to start with but warmed up each time he served me.”

“Hi We have only recently started to use your lounges and have been impressed by the ambience, quality of food and drink and the great layout. Staff are friendly and helpful and its a great relaxing atmosphere which helps to make the visit great - plus the price is really good for people of our age (over 65!) - would reckoned to others - well done Eileen and David Karen”

“I visited this Edinburgh airport lounge in October with my husband and another couple we holiday with. We were all very disappointed. It’s the worst visit to an airport lounge I have ever experienced in this country. The bar was shockingly poor and the cooked food was cold. Won’t be back to this airport lounge.”
