“It was my first time using this lounge. I thought that the staff were all very pleasant, it was clean and the service was good. I did feel that the food was on the poor side. If the food had been better I would have given it 5 stars.”

“The lounge was easy to find and not overly busy when we travelled (approximately 12-1.30pm). The staff were friendly and approachable, there was a good selection of food and drink included in the price. This included 2 full hot options for the food (quality was excellent) and many options for drink including beers, spirits (gin, whiskey, vodka etc), wine and a full selection of soft drinks. We'll definitely be using this lounge again on our next flight from Birmingham. Thanks”
