“We decided to book in to the lounge as we thought it would be easier to socially distance from other travellers. It was a good choice. Everyone observed social distancing and the staff worked hard cleaning tables etc once people moved. The food was good and the staff were all extremely helpful and efficient. A very relaxing atmosphere.”

“Obviously the service was changed to adapt to social distancing and the way in which staff operated, the cleanliness of the place and overall service I gave a five rating. Denise was particularly excellent and I would appreciate this getting back to her or a manager at that branch. Very attentive and working very quickly to offer the best service she could”
