Had a very relaxed time in the lounge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All hygiene measures were in place and they were adhered to. Would definitely return.

As ever the welcome was a warm Liverpudlian one, the staff were friendly and attentive without being in your face.The food and drinks on offer were good considering the conditions we are all living under and the lounge is comfortable and nicely refurbished. Would highly recommend a visit anytime and we will be back next year.

We used the Aspire lounge before our flight 26/9/2020. The service and food and drink were excellent even with the limited menu. We felt safe and spent a few hours in the lounge before our flight I would recommend this lounge to anyone especially at these worrying times with COVID they were talking all the necessary measures to look after everyone

We arrived mid afternoon after a stressful journey on the trains. We had our baby son with us so we needed somewhere quiet to rest for a couple of hours. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We found a nice spot in the lounge and felt relaxed and comfortable. The food menu is good, although the portions are small. Worth the money and would use it again.

Fabulous start to the holiday in comfortable and relaxing surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the main departure areas. Food was excellent as was the variety, and a reasonable selection of drinks were available

Super great as always, i had booked the wrong lounge but the gentleman was kind enough to allow me to use Lounge 41 which was close to my gate. Plenty of food and drinks offered, overall i will use again.

Great visit to the lounge at John Lennon Airport. Given the current conditions We felt safe. Everything was spaced correctly, a one way system was implemented and table service by staff who were really friendly. This is our second visit to JL lounge and will definitely visit again. Thank you

First time in the lounge since it has been refurbished and it it lovely. Nice to see the same friendly staff. I like the lounge it is a nice treat and a lovely way to start your holiday

This was our very first visit to an Executive Lounge and despite the Covid regulations that were in place, we enjoyed our time whilst waiting for our flight. The food was good and even included gf choices (which as a Coeliac sufferer was much appreciated) although it would have been nice to have more choices available as only certain dishes on the menu were available that day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I did no get to use the lounge. I have used them on the past and found the food & drink excellent with a good atmosphere. Will continue to use them when things get back to normal again.

Great time as before lovely staff apart from polish male worker that was extremely rude infact intrupped another staff member to stop them from surviving us. Was completely humiliating in front of the busy lounge! But apart from that one man all staff were lovely friendly and helpful.

considering the covid virus the staff made it very pleasant and comfortable. they were very clear with instructions when we arrived and everybody seemed to play by the rules. There wasn't as much on offer to eat but what was there was lovely, the staff were very attentive and quick with service. I will book again in the future when i travel. thank you
