“Absolutely excellent service and facilities, very well handled under the current situation. Staff went above and beyond to cater for my children and a lower fat option for me (trying to be good, even on holiday). Would normally book into No1 lounge but they were closed, and actually I think next time we fly from Birmingham I will choose Aspire.”

“Really good. The C19 restrictions were well managed - and we felt quote safe. The selection of buffet food was 'not as usual' - although it was a very good attempt. My daughter a vegetarian was a little disappointed in her selection.”

“Staff as usual, really friendly and helpful. Food selection was not to the usual standard, but I understand we all have to sacrifice a little during this Pandemic . I enjoy the Edinburgh lounges, the atmosphere and staff gives that extra boost .”

“The lounge at London Luton offers a great selection of drinks and snacks. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was on offer which was hot, fresh and tasty. There are plenty of separate areas if you’re looking for a quiet space for some sanctuary, spa and showers. You really feel you receive a luxury service for a low price.”

“Whilst I was very disappointed to be told it was a maximum of 3 drinks per person because of COVID19 the staff at Newcastle were simply amazing. Particularly the manager who was exceptional. Great stuff particularly as it was their first day of opening following the lockdown.”

“Considering all the COVID restrictions, the lounge was running flawlessly. Great measures and all the staff were super helpful and polite. Was slightly nervous about using a lounge with everything going on but would do so in an instant!”

“Visiting the lounge was worth every penny! To be able to sit down, have a drink and something to eat in peace and quiet was great. Although the food was served in small portions in throw away containers (due to COVID), it was very tasty. I will definitely be using this facility again without a doubt!”
