“This is for previous visits. My booking for 25/05/2020 was cancelled. The airline cancelled the flight in March so there was no need to use the Aspire Lounge”

“Unfortunately due to Covid19 our trip didn't go ahead but Executive Lounges arranged a very prompt refund. Just took one quick email with my reference number number. Used the facilities before and will do again. Great service and great value.”

“Hi mark this a very good star but must say this was for last year. Was booked in for 7th may this year but as all airports were closed could not use the lounge. Have tried to get a refund but have left messages on answer machine to this affect but so far no reply.”

“We didn't manage to get our visit to the lounge due to the coronavirus outbreak. However Executive Lounges refunded the fee direct to our bank account. No problems. Just looking forward to being able to use the lounge as soon as possible.”

“A haven from the chaos of the departure lounge, peaceful and you have your own space. On my visit the room was slightly disturbed by one woman who felt that her conversation on her phone was interesting enough for everyone to listen to, it was not, but this is hardly the fault of the lounge. Drinks were generous which made my eight hours in economy pass more bearably. Food was plentiful but I would have preferred it if the Gluten Free food was a bit more segregated, I had to eat cheese as I could not be confident that there was no cross contamination. However I am not complaining as cheese and wine are a fabulous combination. It is worth the money”

“Unfortunately we were unable to use the lounge due to flight cancellation but after speaking to the help line we agreed to take a voucher to use once things were back to normal. We were in receipt of a deal for the second person at half price and they said they would honour the deal on any rebooking. Excellent service”

“Even though we couldn't visit the lounge due to the circumstances.... They were efficient in giving us a refund back. We didn't have to fill any forms in and the customer services dealt with it all. I always use the lounge when I am going away as it is worth every penny. The lounge is clean and set out well and the food is always replenished. You don't have to wait at all to be served at the bar and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and professional.”
