“Excellent Customer Service and welcoming staff. Plenty of food, which was re-stocked regularly. Slight restriction on choice of beverages, but not a major issue. Very comfortable surroundings. Thank you Executive Lounges”

“Unfortunately, due to present FCO travel restrictions we were unable to use the lounge in this occasion as our flight/cruise was cancelled. However I would say the whole booking process and subsequent cancellation and refund by Executive Lounges (Aspire Manchester Terminal 2) was handled efficiently and promptly. We were disappointed not to be using the lounge but will not hesitate to book again when the current travel situation returns to some degree of normality.”

“We love to use the Executive Lounges, they are comfortable and much quieter than the main waiting area, you can also get a free drink while you wait and even a snake, which when you consider you would purchase anyway, it is very good value for money.”

“I have always had a great experience of executive lounges. The service during the booking process is courteous and friendly and very quick and simple I've recently had to amend a booking and the service was fantastic. Would always recommend booking direct. I have always had a good experience in the lounge itself too. The availability of food and drinks is great and a lovely start to a holiday”

“I am unable to make any comment due to the fact that our flight to Cyprus was cancelled due to the Corona Virus so we did not get to the Lounge. It meant that the Wedding we were due to attend and me giving away my Grand Daughter was cancelled and the dream 2 week exclusive Resort Hotel was cancelled. I do, however look forward to trying the Lounge on our next holiday. I have put Very Good on the review in anticipation that it will be true when we next try it.”

“We were booked into the Aspire Lounge at Birmingham airport on the morning of Tuesday March 17th, awaiting one of the last flights that was allowed to take tourists abroad as the Covid-19 crisis hit Britain and were understandably outnumbered by staff that day as very few people were travelling. The service was wonderful, the ambiance of the lounge, the food and drinks were lovely. Despite the odd situation of there being very few travellers and the impending health crisis hanging over us all, we were looked after well and I would recommend the lounge to anyone and will be looking to use the lounge again when we are allowed once again to travel.”

“Inverness airport is one of the best Executive Lounges available; very small, and with a restricted range of food, but a comfortable experience overlooking the apron. Staff are excellent, friendly, and accommodating. I use the lounge on every visit.”
