“Nice comfortable lounge. Staff friendly and efficient. However reason for 4 stars is because they weren’t that great at refreshing the hot breakfast items or rolls - seemed to not have a system in place. If there was hot items then the rolls weren’t or vice versa”

“Visited Liverpool lounge on 28 September 2019 which was our first visit since the refurbishment. I would like to say what an improvement and the staff were so friendly. Food was v good too. We will certainly use you again.”

“Issues when checking in were quickly resolved and we spent a very pleasant and relaxed couple of hours in the lounge. Food and beverages available were of acceptable standard and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Lounge was kept clean. Would return.”

“Nice relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport concourse. Good selection of breakfast food although bread rolls were very dry and need to be kept covered”

“After reading the negative reviews about the Birmingham Aspire lounge, I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of staff and the food was replenished. The only negative e comment is that all the food was vegetarian. It was meant to be chicken chickpea curry, but there was no chicken in it.”

“I’m sorry but lounge I’ve been in. Queues out the door, had to que with walk ins even thou we had booked. No seats or tables available when we got in and had to wait for a table. Small selection of food available but slow coming out so had to wait and que for food. Tables really close together, felt like you were sitting on top of people, I shouldn’t have wasted my money booking this!!”

“Spent a few hours in the Aspire Lounge at the international terminal in Calgary at the end of September. The check in process seemed a little long winded for a booking made and paid for weeks in advance. There were a definite shortage of seats when we were there. It was much busier than I expected. Another surprise was the food service stopped at 8pm, which wasn't something we'd expected, as there were several departures well into the night. Overall the lounge was reasonably clean and tidy. Drinks selection was good, and all the staff were courteous. We would use this lounge again if we were ever in Calgary (to be honest, there's not a lot of competition!).”

“Found the lounge at Newcastle very easy to book and easy to find and get in when there. The welcome and the service were exceptional and left us totally relaxed and ready for our 4 and a half hour flight. We were so impressed we booked the aspire lounge at larnaca airport for our return trip. All in all I would thoroughly recommend using the lounges whenever you are flying.”
