“Too busy when first arrived, very noisy, no one explained where everything was, not a great sekevtion of drinks, however food supplied was tasty. Not the quiet experience we were expecting unfortunately .”

“Really disapointed with food provision compared to T1 lounge last year. Very little choice of hot food and not very imaginative, no sandwiches, little salad. Overall, not impresses and wouldn't recommend sadly.”

“Although the lounge itself isn't as nice as the same lounge at Manchester the food and service including the staff was far better at Liverpool. Our experience at Manchester was very poor so we were very happy with the experience at Liverpool.”

“The worst lounge we have ever been in . It was that bad we walled out n went and paid to go in the number 1 lounge. So had to spend some of our holiday money. Will never use this place again complet waste of £50”

“Used the Aspire Lounge at Luton and was very impressed so booked the Aspire Lounge at Gatwick for my next trip. Unfortunately the Gatwick Aspire Lounge wasn't as good. No ordering off the menu and food ran out. Staff attitude when I asked if they could replenish was looking at their watch, saying yes then continuing their conversation. Will probably try another lounge at Gatwick next time.”

“We have always used Aspire lounge and we love it. Just to sit and relax and eat and have a drink in peace we feel is a great way to start your holiday. Would highly recommend it and have done. We will be back.”

“Nice cosy lounge out of the hustle and bustle of the main terminal. Good choice of food and drink available but service can be a little slow.”
