“The Larnaca Airport Aphrodite Aspire lounge is excellent in every sense of the word. Arguably the best one I use. Staff from the appalling Liverpool Aspire lounge should be sent here to learn how things should be done properly and where the staff, food and toilets are all as one would expect in an airport lounge. Larnaca lounge is a relaxing place to stay before a flight.”

“Have used Aspire Edinburgh lounge on a number of occasions and been very pleased with visits This time was bit disappointing mainly because the hot food choices did not suit us ( pepper soup, veg curry ) Cheeses,cold meat and salad bar were as normal good choices Rarely eat scones or cake anyway Seemed to be over staffed at that time ( shift handover perhaps)...for customers it made accessing cold drinks / coffee machine a bit of a challenge with too many staff trying to do similar tasks of restocking etc All clean plates were hot from dishwasher and people were waving them in air to cool before putting cold cheese etc on Overall a fair experience and minor inconveniences which will not stop us using this lounge in future”

“This is the first time we have ever used the lounge in any airport. We have 2 holidays per year and thought we would give the lounge a try with a view to using it every time. We found it lacked any atmosphere, no proper gin glass just a tumbler, the buns were stale and the rest of the food was only ok. We will go back to waiting for our flights with everyone else in the main departure area.”

“Used executive lounge several times, always lovely experience. Only issue I had this time was the quality, appearance and supply of food this time. Other times been it was exceptional, this time it was not filled up and the 2 cheese supplied hacked into big chunks, really off putting. Friends who had not been in before thought was really good but I just think food should be consistently high quality. Staff lovely, courteous and polite. Very busy lounge this time. Am booked again in two weeks time”

“I visited the lounge in Belfast and had excellent service from the staff there. They were very friendly and kept the lounge very tidy. All the food and drink was kept topped up. My flight was delayed and it really made a difference to travel being relaxed in the lounge.”
