“Was a great way to start our holiday by having access to the executive lounge. The drinks offering I couldn’t fault, there was something for everyone in my opinion and was freely available and not limited to 1 drink per person which meant I could get drinks for us both at the same time. The food was very nice but I didn’t think there was an overly wide choice. However I did manage to find something to eat. I would certainly book again as value for money it couldn’t be faulted.”

“Food selection very good and constantly restocked staff very friendly and helpful Only complaint is there is not enough table space I was in a group of four and we had to sit separately due to lack of space, quite a few tables empty but with reservation cards in them for the entire time I was there”

“A haven from the noise and madness of Manchester airport. Staff were friendly and efficient, the food was good as was the coffee and the alcoholic drinks. I would definitely use again.”

“The lounge at Montreal airport was in a very poor state. The chairs were all ripped up and need to be replaced. The food is worse and worse as years go by. We have been using it for years but this year is really the worst. It has to be refurbished. We will not go there till renovations are made.”

“I think the lounge is excellent and good value for money. My only gripe would be a slightly bigger choice of spirits ie my girlfriend drinks Jack Daniels but i guess more choice would probably put the price up. All in all a lovely way to start your Holiday.”

“Only three choices of hot food and was not very good . We decided to try the buffet instead. There was only three televisions which we couldn't even see as we were told to sit at a two table station as it was almost full. For the price not worth it. Decided not to use at Gatwick on return used wetherspoons instead. Not much different.”

“Was very welcoming once we were inside the lounge. The Desk was very busy but we were processed quickly & able to sit down & tables were quickly cleaned and cleared away from previous quests visit. There were 2 young male waiters who were very friendly & courteous & professional in their duties but also had time to chat & enjoy our excitement for our holidays. They made us feel important & welcome & special . A lovely array of foods on offer & empty trays were quickly cleared & full trays put in their place. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there & would have no hesitation in recommending to others & will rebook for our next holiday. Thank you to all in that lounge on our visit. It made the start to our holiday amazing. .”

“Apart from having to wait to enter the experience was generally good. Queuing at the bar was not what I expected as any other lounges I use are generally self service. If you need a bar to control consumption of alcohol possibly need more staff for a busy Saturday departure day”

“I arrived at 12.30 on a busy Saturday. The Lounge was busy but I will was still able to locate a seat. Tables were constantly being cleaned/ cleared. Plenty of food options available and again staff were replacing the salad bar options as needed. The queue at the bar moved quickly. When there was a queue, it was caused by customers dithering about. Handy tip, if you are getting drinks for more than one person can you check what they want before it is your turn to be served! Staff very friendly and happy to help.”

“I frequently travel through Dubai and always book this lounge. Either book myself or have someone book for me. Same way, I have booked the same lounge for my friends. I also made so many people to book this lounge. Everything is great but lately the food quality and variety has gone very low. All my friends and myself we travel frequently and we book this lounge and everybody have same thing to say. Please work on the variety and the quality of the food. Other than that everything is great. Will be sending someone next month and myself in Jan. Looking forward for better food this time. See you soon.”
