“I was very disappointed in both the staff and the facilities at Terminal 5 Heathrow. Having booked the lounge from abroad I did not have my booking pass readily to hand when my self and 3 companions arrived at the door of the lounge after a long flight. We were refused entry even though there was a booking for 4 people on the list at the time I had booked. I cannot understand why the staff don't have the name of the booking person on their list. We then resorted to breakfast at another business whereupon I found my pass in the junk mail of my phone. We returned to the lounge and were allowed in finally! The lounge was overcrowded and had a poor offering of food that the staff were desperately trying to keep topped up. I have considered claiming the cost of the breakfast we ate at another business from your company. Overall it was a very poor experience and one I would not recommend to others.”

“It wasn't very clean when I went in I normally use aspire lounge which I felt was more up market. The staff were lovely and friendly and choice of drinks and food were above average. I would book again”

“I've used this lounge twice before and found it OK for the price. On this occasion, it was crowded and it seemed that a number of people were being turned away. I had a booking and was fast tracked through reception, which was good. It was the end of the breakfast period and there was very limited food available. Once the lunch fare was laid out it was better. A poor start, but as things settled down it became acceptable given the reasonable price.”

“When we arrived ( Group of 3 ) there wasn’t 3 seats together. Individual people had taken up the seats for larger groups, food had run out and was very, very slow to replenish it. When I ordered a can of Guinness was informed that they was not cold as they had just been placed in the fridge, then after queuing for 5 minutes when I finally ordered a beer from the tap was inform that it had run out and there was 5 minute wait for it to be changed. When finally seated there seemed to be more and more people arriving with no seats left.”

“Staff were friendly and food was plentiful and tasty. Was pleasantly surprised. I'm a vegetarian too so I was delighted with the options available. Alcohol range was great, had gins that I'd never heard of. Beautiful.”

“The staff were friendly but the food was under par for the price, limited plasma screens (1 I think?) and that had a run of the mill BBC day time show on that you couldn’t change. I didn’t see any magazines either and the side room was like a doctor’s waiting room. Poor for the price”

“The lounge area was very busy but well controlled on the day that we used the facility, the only downside was that we had to wait for the hot food which was a bit of a nuisance at the time”

“The aspire lounge has lost my favour, the last two visits to this lounge have been awful. Lack of food for one and what was there was awful, plus we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and table. £65 I should e spent in a decent restaurant in the airport; never again rubbish”
