“My first time there for me. I thought choice of spirits was poor. Food fair. But good eat as much as you want. But from what I had been told by people who had been there previously and with me on the day ( 3 people) They where very disappointed. Environment comfortable”

“Contact with the advisor when booking was very helpful and prompt in replying. The lounge itself, although not very big, was pleasant and welcoming even when I mistakenly attempted to pour my own beer! Good value for money and even price matched and beat other websites offering the same package.”

“We have used the Aspire Lounge at LGW on a number of occasions & have found it to be a very pleasant experience. The lounge is kept lovely & clean the food is good & the staff are really pleasant & friendly. It’s just so much more relaxing than sitting in the large sometimes noisy seating area that we would normally have used. For me it’s a no brainer, Aspire lounges ever time.”

“Food wasn't as stated on the website. There was no sandwiches available at all and the hot food was mostly for vegetarians not much food at all. Staff member also asked me how long it was until my flight which made me feel like I couldn't have another drink.”

“Had to wait 10 mins for soup despite asking twice. The lounge was not busy at this point. Hot dishes were almost the same so no real choice. We still enjoyed our time in the lounge as it is a very relaxing way to start a holiday”

“We arrived and I gave my name and booking reference number and was told we didn’t have a booking assistant was very unhelpful as I asked if she had a direct number she said no . And asked us to stand aside to let others in . This was supposed to be the start of a special holiday and first time I had used this service . After waiting about 20mins I asked the staff member to check again and my booking was there and just told us to go through. No sorry for my error or let me explanation. I did Email you at the time and I was asked if I was still in the longe and explained we were all you said was ok we will pass it on to the manager . No response nothing.”

“Trouble was, the booking agent in UK didn't provide adequate directions to find it, failing to mention that it was up a flight of stairs, and nor did an off-duty member of reception (as I was to discover on actually arriving there) I spoke to by chance in the main concourse nearly an hour before finding it.”
