“A good lounge that I've used before with no issues. Unfortunately this time there was a major delay in getting breakfast out & maintaining cooked quantities. On 3 occasions there we delays of over 15 mins as people waited for various breakfast items, surely you know how many people will be in your lounge so why wasn't the food prepared before & suitable quantities being prepared to prevent these delays? I'd also put some effort into training one or two members of staff on basic bar serve, pulling one pint at a time & refusing to listen to the rest of the order is for me, a qualified experienced bar tender, totally unacceptable - especially when she had a very dismissive attitude towards your customers!”

“Quiet lounge, quality of food was wanting inspiration, also lack of proper working power outlets. Customer service at front desk was good. Wifi ok the lounge could do with a face lift and more comfortable seating, however disappointed in quality and presentation of food.”

“The Liverpool airport lounge is comfortable enough with friendly staff but there are a few minus points: first we lost about 20 minutes from our time because the computer system would not recognise our "tickets" (not just us, members with cards were having the same problem so long queues at the door). 2. No toilets and a long way to walk to them. 3. The food was fine but there were only 2 choices of hot, one vegetarian and one not, which would have been ok if they had not both been spicy, a bit of bad planning. Also some items ran out and were not replaced, not because of lack of diligence by the staff but because there weren't any more; also a pancake machine was prominently featured but was not working with no signage even to indicate this fact.”

“Was very disappointed with lounge food was disgusting chickpea curry which was awful no soup no cold meats one of my sisters had 2 digestine biscuits to eat an a small piece of cake nobody came to fill things up that was at 1 oclock in afternoon for what we paid never again would not recommend this lounge”

“Quite busy as expected. Getting a seat with my wife was an issue. Value for money was great, bit dissapointed with food and nibbles selection. Though to be fair we weren't not really that hungry. Unfortunately there were a few noiser groups who were being greedy with the alcohol conumption. Staff were great and on the ball for bar service and keeping tables clear. All in , worth the money and we will be booking to return for our next holiday in March 2020”

“We alway's use Executive Lounge's very comfortable staff alway's lovely brilliant value for money food & snacks great, we went into Weatherspoon's on the way back from Holiday as we just missed our bus £21 for a bottle of wine daylight robbery. “Booked the lounge as a surprise for a party of us flying out for my daughters wedding. Location and surroundings attractive and comfortable, as well as a good variety of food and drinks. Everyone voiced the same opinions, the only negative being the staff and service. Far from welcoming, the lady on greeting us should most certainly not be front of house and looked down at customers, on realising we were in the plus lounge one of our party commented "A pretty Woman moment" her attitude changed when voicing "ooh your in the plus lounge". We were not shown to the reserved table, staff were not clearing plates or showing their presence to customers unless specifically stood at the bar asking for drinks to be served, they were far more occupied inside the kitchen door chatting. Never once were we asked if everything was ok or if there was anything we would like or directed to how to use the facilities. No acknowledgement on leaving the lounge either. I travel on a regular basis from Manchester airport and use a lounge whose customer service is far superior. Disappointed in the customer service in Newcastle lounge which is actually my local airport.”

“Sadly I was very disappointed with this lounge, it was very busy to start off with, it had no places to sit and relax. The entire space was littered with food, dirty paper tissues and glasses-very unhygienic. Staff hard to find to clear anything up. Fizzy drinks and mixers all flat. after 2 hrs of standing in dirt a seat became available, i tried to find someone to clear up the mes but in the end ended up cleaning up myself as did many other passengers. my opinion - NEVER AGAIN- MC DONALD'S AND A CHEESE BURGER WOULD BE 1ST CLASS COMPARED TO THIS DUMP!!!”

“I booked the Aspire Plus lounge, but was advised that it was not available a few days before I travelled and was issued with a refund and a pass for the normal lounge. It was hugely crowded and quite noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful, however, some of the food was not up to the normal standard and the bread rolls could only be described as rock-like. To be honest on this occasion (hopefully because the Plus lounge was not available) I almost feel that it might have been more peaceful not using a lounge. That being said I will be booking the Aspire Plus lounge again when I travel next.”

“Whenever I visit the lounge at Larnaca the food is always plentiful and of a good quality and variety. I am not a drinker but appreciate there is always various soft drinks. The only point I have is the furniture is a bit grubby and stained. The children’s area could also be updated as not much to entertain while waiting with the adults.”
