“Very good lounge in a small space, great drink selection - and small sandwiches too, plus lovely scones! We had excellent service too - not sure of her name - but whoever was on shift on 23 sept lunch time (ish) was fab, friendly and gave above and beyond service. Lost one star due to no hot food, but appreciate that may be difficult in such a small lounge”

“This was our first visit to the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 3.We both were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the general comfort and standard of the lounge.We will definitely use the lounge again and recommend it to our travelling friends!”

“A nice relaxing way to start a trip. Good range of facilities. The food was ok. This was breakfast time. Nice sausages, eggs ok but please consider replacing the rock hard halved baps with slices of toast or fresh rolls. They were rather odd. Good selection of beverages. Nice clean environment. Would use again.”

“normally I would rate very good ,this time I think there was a shortage of staff as there was lots of dirty plates and no mugs at the coffee machine . Also the food was filled up slowly for example , no bread for a while .Also the wifi wasn't working , not anyone fault just compounded the other issues . Normally it is very good just a gliche I hope .”

“Lounge was quiet and relaxing pre flight - plenty of comfy chairs and space. However food was dreadful - only had cold beans and scrambled egg, no bacon or sausage. There was no bread and when asked for it they said they didn’t have any - this was at 8am. One of the coffee machines didn’t work and there was also no pastries or juice. If you’re looking for somewhere cosy and quiet to relax preflight then it is a nice space however the food needs improvement.”

“A very comfortable and pleasant start to our journey. I was glad I had booked in advance as there was a sign saying the lounge was ‘full’ when we arrived (although there seemed to be many unoccupied tables) Looking forward to our next visit.”

“+ Good selection of food and drinks - Very busy and delays to get drinks served at the bar with only 1 member of staff serving customers - Only allowed 2 drinks at a time and I was travelling with family ( 3 of us in total )”

“I found the lounge to be clean and bright with a view overlooking the aircraft which is a nice bonus. Food was good but could have been a bit hotter (I like mine the temperature of lava!). Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful so all in all a very good experience.”

“Disappointed with the experience of Executive Lounges at Manchester Airport. It's marketed as a premium lounge when in reality our experience was that it was not as good as the other lounge at the airport, it's also more expensive! Disappointed that prosecco was not available without extra charge (it is at the other lounge). The range of food was extremely limited and there was minimal available. The furniture in the lounge was not particularly comfortable for relaxing in. Overall not good value for money. That said, all staff on duty were extremely welcoming and friendly.”
