“A little smaller than terminal 1 so got quite busy.The staff were very helpful and kept the areas clean.We use the lounges when we travel and would use it again in the future”

“Arrived at the lounge just ten minutes early and was told we couldn’t enter until our actually time. It was just ten minutes, I could have understood if it had been an hour. All the best seats had been reserved and these seats where left empty the whole time we were in the lounge. Food wasn’t to my liking. Definitely won’t be booking again.”

“We were very disappointed. The lounge was very over crowded with some people having to stand. Far too much furniture in a small space with zero privacy. No smiles from the bar staff. We won’t use this lounge again, it felt like a cheap cafeteria!”

“Lovely relaxing, comfortable place to sit away from main airport seating.Great if you don't like crowds or are a nervous flyer.Good choice of snack items ,sweet and savoury .Hot food tasted good and vegan /vegetarian options although could be more vegan snacks apart from fruit.Staff were friendly and efficient. Enjoyed my relaxing g & t pre flight.Will definitely book again if flight times allow it .”

“Have used this lounge a number of times in the past and enjoyed the experience. However on this occasion the lounge offering was very disappointing. The only food on offer was a bacon or sausage bap. The baps feeling quite “soggy” if they had been microwaved. There was no other food available ie: biscuits, cake or savouries. How don’t know how vegetarians felt on the day.”
