“Not normally one to write reviews, but wasn’t overly impressed with the lounge or facilities. There was no seating available for long periods, we and others had to stand for 25 mins before seating was available, food was ok, but drinks selection was limited.”

“Good Morning To be honest i was very disappointed. There were items missing from the hot Buffet as they had ran out of stock,however no substitute was offered. The bar service was awful.The staff were more pre-occupied with prepping food in the back room. I spend around 90minutes in there.Not really value for money with the issues i experienced.I wouldnt recommend Kind Regards Neil Rees”

“The T1 lounge is looking tired and the seat coverings were filthy, apart from that the food was good and there were plenty of staff there to help, maybe they need to get some cleaning done!!”

“Lovely way to start a holiday. Warm welcome and a very nice breakfast with fresh pastries and good coffee. So much more relaxing than the hustle and bustle of the main airport waiting area. Absolutely we would use this service again!”

“Only allowed in 2 hours be fore flight even though it states when booking 3 hrs and once flight gate it up thet will not serve another drinks. Very small and you almost feel in the airport no where near as good as other lounges we have used even though similar price”

“There was dried up bean curry with crispy dry rice the only hot food. Empty plates where there should have been cheese, meat, salad. Only packets of biscuits with prepacked cheese. A huge queue at the bar. No replenishment took place for the hour we were there. I complained on FB, emailled and was told the manager said it was as it should be! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!”

“Not the best the lounge was busy. Had to wait for clean glasses and hot food. No cutlery and the floors were dirty tables left uncleared. But the Soup was lovely as was the chicken curry .... and drinks from the bar was okay too! Would i book again? Im not sure.”
