“Not up to the usual standard this time. Normally this is the quiet lounge although one group of 4 constantly used foul language and certainly made sure they got their money’s worth with the amount of alcohol consumed. Food too clearly had sat in the dishes for a long period of time and was only like warm Far better to cook little and often instead of piling it up when the lounge opens and leaving it their for most of the morning”

“Amazing polite and helpful staff and louge with nice nooks and cranks for a chill out drink Good choice of alcohol however would have expected it included Prosecco Only problem was the hot food. When we were there at 5pm it was dry pasta with stoggy sauce and other options not one bit apertising”

“We booked here as our usual lounge was closed for refurbishment. The staff were very pleasant and couldn’t be faulted. However, the choice of food was very poor in comparison, and we were extremely disappointed to find out Prosecco was not included in the price. I’m sorry to say that we would not return to this lounge as we feel it was most definitely not worth the money, we’d rather go to Wetherspoons and pay their prices, at least we would get a decent breakfast there.”

“The hostess at the reception was very friendly and a quick check in. But I think you’re really have to do something with the lounge. It’s getting old (furnitures) and a little bit dirty.(especially toilet) The waitresses were very slow and more interested in private talk than to fill up the buffet of to clean up the tables. The orangejuice was empty and not refilled, the milk at the coffeestation was empty but after 15 min refilled after that the beans were empty. The same with the food ... in my opinion you need new teamleader in the lounge. But we are coming back in march so we will see what happens than. Best regards an friendly greetings from spain Sven”
