“At first the receptionist was very curt and a little bit standoffish. Not a great choice of food. Not much food out However food was brought out if requested. Expected a little more choice”

“Quick entry, food well cooked and good selection. Drinks have a great selection as well. Lovely spot to chill out before your flight. Staff really attentive and plenty of space to sit down I didn't feel crammed in like some lounges can be.”

“Very tired. Limited selection of food. Only one member of staff seemed to be doing any work (older gentleman), girl didn’t like being informed plates were wet and ignored us. Witnessed her moving cups and glasses by placing fingers inside!”

“Registration was very quick and done with a smile. Finding a seat was relatively easy but seeing a few empty tables and, saying to my wife in ear shot of the receptionist , we will sit there ,she did not give us an explanation as to why the area was cordoned off or empty. The food, drinks etc were very good and everything was topped up as needed. I particularly liked the pancake making machine. The place was very clean and staff were constantly clearing tables etc. All in all a good experience was had. It made our wait a good calming time for us both. Would use again.”

“The lounge was very well positioned within the departure area. The selection of food was very good and the quality of the food was excellent. The variety of drinks was excellent. The staff were very good, polite, efficient and welcoming. Our lounge experience was excellent, we will be back for sure.”

“Lounge is great! However we, as a group, had a very frustrating experience being bounced between the two lounges and the reception staff not taking responsibility for the (written) proof of our booking. Will book in future and hope the “bugs” are ironed out”

“We use this Lounge very frequently and I have to say we have always really enjoyed it. The staff are always very helpful and polite. The food (normally breakfast). There is always plenty of choice and always hot. So all in all we will continue to use this whenever possible. Well done keep up the good work.”

“A pleasent visit as always just a great place to relax before my flight On this occasion the only thing I could say that was disappointing was how cold the lounge was but apart from that staff, food and drink was all good”

“This was our second visit within a couple of months. The check in process is tedious and the staff are rude. The choice of food was very very poor. Drinks service wasnt great either. I wouldnt bother doing it again. Speke airport aspire staff have bad attitude and dont seem to like people. Very poor.”
