“My overall experience was good. The only feedback would be on the few items that I found to be in disrepair such as lamps and USB chargers at some of the chairs. Otherwise, the selection of food and beverages was nice, bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant.”

“It was so small it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. The food was not restocked regularly if at all. The tables were not cleared. There were no toilets inside the lounge. All in all it was not a good experience and not worth the money”

“This is at the Liverpool Aspire Lounge Drinks range ...ok Food quality and choice ....appalling Staff....good apart from the one young girl they had serving behind the bar . She was unhelpful offhand and miserable. Cleaning... took an age to clear tables”

“My Visit to the Liverpool John Lennon Lounge on 29th Feb was Perfect from start to finish . Great selection of food and Drinks including alcohol which is always a bonus .Comfy Seats to sit back and relax in while waiting for your flight which you can always check on the monitors in the lounge keeps you updated every step of the way . Good Value for money too well worth a visit . The staff where very friendly and helpful as usual. Looking forward to my next visit . Thank-you Aspire Lounges .”

“This was the worst experience we have had with the aspire lounges. A lot of the food had run out. There were queues at the bar. The food that was presented was not the best. The lounge was over crowded. The staff were very friendly and the service was good”

“Very disappointed with the choice of breakfast food, choice of bread was limited to a plain white bread bun, no toast. Food poor for price paid in the Aspire Plus Lounge. Perhaps customers who were not in the Lounge for free drink could be accommodated with a more imaginative breakfast choice.”
