“We book what we thought was the old lounge but when we arrived at old lounge we where told That we had booked there new lounge at other end of airport, at no point at time of booking where we told that there was an other lounge all paper work just said aspire lounge. This lounge is at the opposite end from our gate where the old lounge was at the same end as or gate The choice of food was ok if you where vegan or veggie. If what we had wanted that end of airport we would have book no 1 lounge We have used aspire lounge in past and had a great experience but not so much”

“Myself and my wife had a very enjoyable time before our flight to Tenerife on the 2/3/20 , the service food, drinks etc were excellent served by very friendly and professional staff. It was great to have gluten free options and plenty of snacks for coeliacs as travelling can be challenging if you are a coeliac”

“This was the first time in the New Aspire Lounge at Edinburgh. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived on a Monday at 06.00hrs. The food was good and we all ( 4 adults ) asked for porridge which is made for you. Really well made and tasty. None of us had Alcohol, although I have in the past. The choice of food, snacks and beverages was really good. I prefer the outlook from the new Aspire Lounge which was really nice.”

“It was my first time in the new Aspire lounge at Edinburgh airport. I liked the big windows overlooking the runway, the spaciousness and the service. The staff were friendly, obliging and efficient.”

“Drinks were excellent and very tasty, as well as a lovely breakfast. We were extremely dissapointed with the attitude we were received with as staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude. As it was our first time in the Aspire lounge, we were hoping to experience a relaxing and luxurious service and ultimately start our holiday before we had boarded our flight. Very let down.”

“A lovely place to relax before our flight, food was very good and variable. It was quiet and very clean,the staff came around on a very regular bases to make sure the area was clean and tidy. Will definately use the lounge again .”

“A disaster. No hot drinks as the machine was being replaced. I asked if they could pop right next door to Starbucks and was told, in no uncertain terms, NO. The lounge was really cold. Myself and at least 2 other people asked if the heating could be turned up but it remained really cold. The only hot food was lukewarm, watery, tasteless soup. Will not recommend or use again.”
