“Helpful, friendly staff. It was lovely to have quiet refuge prior to a long flight. Refreshments-food and drink were of a good standard and well presented. We would certainly recommend this lounge to fellow travellers”

“All the staff were very helpful and nice. However, the drinks on offer were very limited and bottom shelf. The wine was undrinkable. There was a large selection of food on offer which was good but the hot food was rather bland. I ended up having cheese and biscuits. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the lounge and the space but overall there is room for improvement”

“Shocking. Don’t waste your money. Dire uncovered food. No cans of pop or bottled water in fridge. Cold atmosphere. Roped off inaccessible zones. Toilets used by everyone else in the air that were aware they were there. Didn’t have to be in the executive lounge to have access to the toilets. No toast. Bizarre inedible vegetarian sausage. Uncooked inedible pancakes. Just a totally dreadful experience all round”

“This was our first time in a VIP lounge and will definitely do again, the staff were really helpful, the seating really comfortable and with unlimited food and drink made it a great start to our holiday.”
