Food was awful, mould on the bread which I did mention on the day, poor selection which wasn’t being replenished. Soft drinks and alcohol were good.

Comfortable stop off point before boarding. Plenty of seating, helpful staff and nice food with good choice of drinks. Would have liked some dessert options - cake was brought out just as I was leaving, but no other choices.

The bar itself is good however staff member was very obstructive as he we were in a larger group and he wasn’t willing to stock up the fridge with beer. He kept saying he’s none left but when I arrived there was only 8 beers for 6 people which is not enough for the money spent by the 6 of us. I understand big groups can be louder and a bit rowdier but his customer service to try preventing us having a good time and spend our money was poor. There is no signs saying big groups not allowed so if we are paying customers we should be given the same service as a couple or someone travelling for work.

An airline had closed down just prior to our visit so the lounge was very quiet. Your front desk clerk noticed there was an issue with my boarding pass and she was able to make a call and rectify the issue for me. Food and drinks were not fancy but there plenty of it. Happy to use Executive Lounges again

Very comfortable seeting ,power points to charge phones and other things ,good variety of food , snacks , fruit , and drinks . Toilets and tables cleaned regular ,lovely pleasant staff .

After reading negative reviews on the lounge we were very apprehensive. However as it turned out we were pleasantly surprised, it was clean, well staffed, and the food although basic was good. I will return again and will recommend it to friends.

Staff were very professional and polite did not have to wait at the bar or for food .My only concern was that there was not enough toilets for the amount of people in the lounge.

I found the majority of the seats rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was adequate at best and had to be eaten off sideplates

Nice lounge, clean and peaceful but a lack of food. Example no sausage or egg, hadn’t been refilled and had to ask and wait 10 minutes.
