“I was sceptical about using this facility, both because of the cost and the time that we would be able to spend in the lounge. However, it was very comfortable, calm (at least until it filled up) and had a relaxed atmosphere with a good variety of breakfast drinks and food. The newspapers were also very welcome. So, we would use the facility again (probably booking earlier.)”

“I am fortunate to be a frequent flyer so I always use the lounges having tried them all Executive lounges are easily the best value for money, This is the only I would recommend and the one I will continue to use and recommend, Thank you, Lord Westwater.”

“With times a changing in this uncertain time it was one of the best locations that offered good service and excellent food and drinks together with attentative staff for a relaxing stop of at the airport that we have encountered during our travels around the world . “Tablets full of dirty plates not a lot of food available just one staff on the bar I have been in the lounge many times this was the worse”

“On line booking was simple and efficient. On the day check in went smoothly and our party of 5 relaxed in comfortable seats. We all sampled the food on offer which was very good, together with a glass of wine. Using the Executive Lounge took all the hassle out of the usual Heathrow scramble.”

“The lounge was an oasis of calm amid the uncertainty of travel as news of the CV19 virus in China was just reaching us. The staff were calm, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold food. would definitely use again once travel is possible.”
