“Very relaxing start to our holiday. The staff were polite and our seating area was nice and comfortable. We will certainly be booking the lounge for future holidays.”

“We had a bit of a hard time to find you. We had a good experience with you but I was a bit disappointed that you had no cab sav for red wine. Overall ok”

“There wasn't enough seating, yet tickets were still being sold to people to get in. We eventually got a seat in the coldest room imaginable. Limited selection of food. Drinks were ok.”

“As we had an early flight we arrived in the lounge around 06:30, very quiet with plenty of seats. Food was good and plenty to drink if required. Would definitely book again.”

“Lounge is fairly large and in an open space. Food on offer was good, the usual soup and sandwiches with number of nibbles/cakes etc also available and the bar id stocked as expected. Worth the money if you just want a bit more privacy and want to relax ahead of your flight.”

“It's great to leave the caos of the general departure lounge and relax a little. Great value for money. Only downside on this last visit was that it wasnt very clean and staff just kept walking by the mess even though the world around us was changing. Maybe more hygiene should of been used in light of this.”

“We tried the lounge. Usually use No1 lounge. Thought nice atmosphere. Food was a bit limited as had to wait for things to be cooked. I’m vegetarian so nothing cooked for me me so cereal and pastries which was fine. Like self service on drinks”

“Good choice of food and drink. We asked for Champagne and were told to ask our closest server... who was very difficult to find! Plenty of room , the food selection was in short supply and disappeared very quickly and took some considerable time to be replaced, on the other hand one of the servers could not do enough for us. So mixed experience!!”
