“Good selection of food. Seating worked fine, and continually cleaned.wifi had good connection Noticed bar people didn’t allow over indulgence of alcoholic drinks, which was a good thing. Used it often and will continue”

“I must say as this was my first visit my expectations were very high. I was quite disappointed. No toaster available, out of order sticker on it. Having to wait at the bar to be served as the poor lady was also having to put the food out. Not a great choice of food, but most disturbing was there was no covers on any of the hot food, so open to the elements. The buns were so dried out they must of been off the following day. One the plus side the beer and coffee was nice and the staff were very friendly and pleasant . I guess I will not be winning with this negative FB”

“Not as good as T1 a lot of things have disappeared like bottled water/drinks in the fridge. No slimline tonic. Not much in the way of comfortable lounging seats”

“It was clean and not very busy due to the current issues. Drinks selection was fine but selection of sprits could be better. Food looked very drab and poor, glad we had breakfast at the hotel before arriving. It would be nice to have had some snacks available eg packaged goods such as crisps or biscuits”

“The welcome staff/Bar team were friendly and helpful. The lounge itself was quiet and clean, with plenty of power/USB jacks available. The food options were minimal and there was nothing there that I would have eaten at 1700, mainly fruit salad, pastries and scones, which is more breakfast appropriate.”
