“The decor and atmosphere of the lounge is good, as is the food choice. But of the second time of visiting the lounge again was not very warm, this leaves an experience that is not totally comfortable”

“Recently visited the lounge at Manchester T1 , really enjoyed it , there was plenty of room and nice and quiet . The food was good and was nice to relax before our flight . Would use again depending on time of flight . The only problem i found was that Easy jet bag drop doesnt open until 3 hours before the flight and by the time you have queued up to check in you luggage and then gone through passport control , you havent much time to spend in the lounge .”

“We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies who explained everything to us After realising that there were 2 birthdays within our party one of the ladies brought us over a bottle of prosecco on the house, very nice gesture The food was fabulous with a great choice It was a comfy relaxing area to be in and i would 100% book to come here again It was a great way to start our holiday off”

“The problem is with the lounge you only serve breakfast till 11 it should be served till at least 12-30 and the food that you put out after 11 is completely possibly the worst pig 🐷 swill I have ever encountered , I have not been to prison but I would probably say that the food couldn’t be any worse in there , your staff are amazing, but please get the food right , I actually told one of your staff discreetly that a dish cloth had fallen in the tomato soup and she came over and removed it immediately, the food is totally not acceptable and we don’t be booking your lounge again anytime soon. “We visited the aspire lounge in T2 at Manchester. On arrival we where met by a lovely lady on the reception, she was very professional but also friendly (sorry I didn't catch her name) it was approx 7am on Friday 13/03/20. We always use the executive lounges whenever our flight times allow it. It is so nice to start your holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. I still think the lounges are very good value for money.”
