“We use the lounge regularly and enjoy being able to sit in comfort but the food and food service is deteriorating.They were stopping putting breakfast items out at 10.30am and we didn’t arrive until 10am. The receptionist bar staff and cleaners were all very pleasant and polite just a shame about the food.”

“Had a lovely time in here ahead of a 13hr flight to Singapore. Had to change terminals at very short notice as we had to change flights from Emirates to Singapore Airlines. Rather than cancel, I contacted Laura on chat and she sorted the booking out really quickly and even notified the desk in thre lounge that we'd be arriving much earlier than thre system would allow. We thought there would be a problem but Danielle on reception already had my name written down (Evans) and was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a very filling and well cooked breakfast while there and a few beers that were served by very diligent staff. I'll use this lounge again if I'm flying from T2, we were very pleased with the experience, thank you!”

“I found the lounge spacious and clean and the staff very helpful,I enjoyed the quiet area as there was a group who were noisier than I had expected.Overall a much better option than the main airport departure area and I will use your lounge again.”

“Nourriture vraiment pas bonne, pas de choix. Pour le prix demandé ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. C'était la première fois et ce sera la dernière. Je ne le recommande pas du tout, gardez votre argent et payez vous un bon repas dans un des restaurants de l'aéroport.”

“New Aspire is welcoming and the staff were outstanding. The selection of food and drink was plentiful and tasty. The only ‘complaint’ which is a personal taste and not really a complaint as such was that the music being played in was really annoying (panpipes or something), not relaxing. Will definitely use again and highly recommend”
