“It was very quiet when we visited and enjoyed it, only criticism is there was not much choice of food, only 2 hot options on offer, the carrot cake was delicious however, and the choice of drinks was perfect”

“Arrived at mobay airport eventually found the mobay lounge Was a bit of a faff about getting into lounge I booked online but even though I had a voucher/bar code I still had to email the reception desk Couldn’t see the point of this But all in all worth the money and would book again”

“We recently visited Club Mobay in Jamaica. Our booking enabled us to fast track through security, which saved us a lot of time and queuing. We were greeted on arrival at the lounge and shown to 2 comfy chairs with a table. our order for drinks was taken and they arrived quickly. The variety of both hot and cold food was excellent and was replenished frequently. All in all it was a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours before boarding our flight.”

“It was a little walk to get there, but was situated not far from our gate and right in between the two sides of Duty Free. The food was plentiful and was constantly being restock, there was also a great choice too, something for everything. We were a party of ten but on separate bookings but the team made sure we were all sat together. Tables were cleared constantly and wiped down, seemed really hygienic. Use of a place to change and showers to. You could go in and out into the terminal as many times as you wanted to as long as you had a band on your wrist. We kept our bags with us but there was a place to store if required. slight down side was trying to find the check-in but once we had then it was quite quick and you go designated quick pass through security. we booked direct with the lounge and paid 19.99, some of our party paid up to 25.00. either way for the food drink and free Wi-Fi strongly recommend it. if you look at restaurants and drinks in airport we saved money. The staff were also very polite and efficient”

“We enjoyed our stay in the Dubai lounge - very restful. we had a nice tucked away spot where our young children could sleep. Food and drink options were great, staff were warm and friendly. We'd definitely use the lounge again in a similar situation.”

“The lounge was very good. We had arrived at around 8:30 and the Lounge was quite empty. I had heard that at other times in the day the lounge was poor due to the number of visitors. The food was good (we had breakfast items). What was rather silly was that you were not able to have toast due to the fire alarm going off if the bread was left in too long. Also, you were not able to order a double on the spirits. Apparantly a policy. Nearby a group were just returning time and time again for beers and nothing was said. Overall I was very happy with the experience.”

“It was disappointing. We did manage to get a couple of seats but nearly lost them when we went to get a coffee. The lounge is cramped, the food offering average. Generally poor value. Only positive was the staff who were trying hard. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“I would have rated my experience Very Good however I do believe it is more expensive than warranted. Other than that my experience was good. Our flight was delayed due to traffic preventing the crew getting to the airport in time. We were kept informed at all times and escorted to the gate when the flight was ready. I was quite upset as I was heading back to Australia having left my newborn grand daughter and the staff were very kind and comforting. The lounge was comfortable, toilets were clean, and food was good.”
