“So relaxing away from the hustle of the airport. Lounge is well stocked with food and refreshments and staff are always on hand to help. The lounge is spotlessly clean and tables are cleaned efficiently. Always book the lounge when we go on holiday makes a great start to the holiday”

“Comfortable seating, staff friendly but the food was very poor. Bacon was hard and scrambled egg was rubbery. This did not put us off, we will still use the lounge whenever we travel.”

“The lounge was clean, staff were polite. I wasn't impressed with the food, we got there in between breakfast and lunch, at 11am, would have liked brunch but we had to wait for the hot food and then it was not the best, in the end made a ham salad sandwich, so a bit disappointed”

“food was good & there was a good range of drinks available; nice comfy seating. The waitingndtaff were mostly helpful although there seemed to be an issue over the channel off the TV screen in the aspire plus lounge. We were there on a saturday afternoon when England were playing ninth rugby. My husband asked for the chanel to be changed so that he could watch the rugby but was told he couldn;t watch an international sporting event as it may cause offence to other people!!! There were only 4 of us on the lounge at the time & everyone wanted to watch the rugby. It was eventually put on after some persuasion but we were told it would be switched off if anyone objected. A pointless rule & would not encourage is to return”

“Very little food choices. Had to pay for certain drinks so only limited availability of drinks. Very busy with a lot of tables cordoned off as reserved so seating limited. Not the best lounge we have experienced sadly”

“Hello, In comparison to other executive lounges, is day this rates quite low. In comparison to the terminal it is a small step up and is t worth the entry cost. Wish I could leave a better review but I was disappointed. Faults: it was overcrowded and the staff were not what I’d expect from an executive lounge. But to give the staff some credit, there isn’t any space for them to work efficiently and without getting in the way of the customers.”

“The lounge in Terminal 1 was very welcoming on arrival and the quality of food and snacks was excellent, together with a great choice of drinks, its was a great way to relax and enjoyed some quality time with my husband before we flew to Budapest. all the staff were excellent and the tables were constantly cleared and cleaned throughout our stay, we would high recommend the lounge”

“The food available was a good quality but the only sweet options were digestive biscuits. There wasn't any tonic water and one of the coffee machines was out of order. There was a lot of water on the toilet floors. I used a black Friday discount to book the lounge and don't think that full price offers good value for money”
