“second time iv been in the lounge and again fully met my expectations, i would prob pay 40 to 50 quid upstairs on drinks food etc, where as in here its all there for one amazing price, 3 hours in lounge and longer if flight delayed whats not to like, ill be back in here next april enjoying drinks and food waiting for my flight to crete, a visit in here gets your holiday off to a superb start i highly recamend booking”

“Drinks are ok - single measures and come in really small glasses and when asking for fresh lime I was given one thin slice. The food was extremely disappointing - a few mushy salad type things and the plates are like teacups. There were scones which were nice. We also struggled to get a seat and had to share a table with strangers. Wouldn’t book it again, very disappointed and not worth the money at all.”

“Poor service from the bar, pre ordered prosseco waited 10 minutes.. Food was OK, little choice and not hot enough.. Not value for money in my opinion, so will opt for another lounge next time”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay, the choice of food was very good and always topped up. There was a good variety of drinks too and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Definitely one of the better lounges.”

“Only vegetarian options available, multiple problems with coffee machines and over crowded. 35 quid for a few slices of cake. I asked to see the manager and she informed me I'd have to request a refund online. Couldn't be bothered but won't be visiting again.”

“Lovely welcome, great selection of breakfast items, bar choice great. Was travelling in my own and felt very comfortable and not all judged for sitting with 2 wines, a gin, and a roll on sausage haha Thank you”

“I'd hoped this would be an oasis away from the crowds, but it was just as busy as outside, if not more so, there was hardly anywhere to sit for two people together initially, but it did free up a bit just before we left, not a big food choice, but to be fair it was fairly good. It felt like the bar staff were doing you a favour when giving you a drink (and a sign about 2 or 3 alcoholic drinks per person being the maximum, but it didn't seem to be enforced too hard, (I expect it's a fall back for rowdy situations), the staff looked harried, stressed and fed up. Overall it felt like a budget experience at a premium price, Lounges used to be somewhere to get away from the masses and relax, this was not relaxing at all, I will give it another go next time I fly but if same that'll be the last time as it didn't feel value for money.”

“Nice and quiet and comfortable.but limited food choices! Lounge apologised for not having bacon rolls available due to a glitch.Had there been bacon rolls,I would probably have rated four stars.Good choice of drinks and replenished quickly.Friendly staff”
