My wife and I had an enjoyable early morning stay in the lounge.It was a great start to our holiday with excellent friendly staff,quality food and drink. The only negative would be the large staff party that had been allowed access and the language that was used.

When I got to Luton, excited for the lounge entry, I found that it was closed for refurbishment. I received no notification in my email, I’ve checked Junk everything. There was no email sent even though executive lounge insisted they had sent an email. They could not provide any evidence that this had been sent. It was so disappointing. I’ve been in the lounge many times before and it’s great. I went to club rooms but they were not letting people in as they were too busy. So I sat in the airport for 3 hours annoyed. The only reason I’ve given you 2 stars as you booked me back in with a 50% discount on my next visit but I already had 25% off with the original booking. You wouldn’t allow me to book 2 trips to the lounge with this discount

We had a very relaxing few hours especially as the flight was delayed an hour the only criticism was that we saw an attendant handling newly cleaned cutlery by the knife blades and fork prongs with his bare hands and even scraped something off of a few with his finger nail, yuk

Over crowded, noisy and the toilets were disgusting. There was poo on the walls!!! A total waste of money and I will be putting in a formal complaint about the toilet.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent relaxing visit to the Aspire lounge at Gatwick Airport North In February 2020. The food and beverages were excellent and the staff very efficient and friendly. Great start to our journey. Will definitely return

While it was nice to have a clean, quiet place to step away from the crowds during my layovers, I don't believe both visits were worth the money. The breakfast offerings during my first visit were pretty decent, and at least there was a variety of foods for everyone to select from. However, the lunch selection during my second visit was horrid, which was frustrating because I had paid more for the lunchtime visit. Guests, during both visits, often needed to flag down the staff who were supposed to be behind the bar because they were instead in the room behind the bar. Not having restroom facilities in the lounge was also an inconvenience. As a solo traveler, I couldn't just leave my belongings at my seat in the lounge. When I needed to step out, I had to close up what I was working on; and when I returned I'd have to hunt down another seat to settle back into in order to continue working.

To be honest there seemed to be a staff shortage. Initially no one manning the bar but the lady cleaning eventually served us. Food was not replenished in time and in sufficient quantity. In fact it became a bit of a joke with customers hanging around the hot food counter for up to 20 mins. I have used the other lounges in T2 but Aspire fell well short of my expected standard

We both enjoyed our stay in the Executive Lounge - good value and comfortable. The food and drink available were all very good. We would definitely use them again.

Having read previous reviews we were not sure what we would find but when we arrived on 20 Feb 20 at 13:45 we were greeted by helpful staff members and the lounge had plenty of available seating. Although the choice of food was limited we both found enough to eat although we had to ask for crisps as they were kept behind the bar. The food choices that was available during our visit were laid out in small serving dishes which meant some items ran out quite quickly but they were replenished quickly and the food was hot. We had no issues with getting served a drink (we only had beer and wine). The bar and waiting personnel worked very hard while we were there, collecting used dishes and keeping the area tidy alongside providing bar and food services. We found the lounge value for money and would not hesitate to use the lounge again.

It was good service. And quieter than the hustle of the main airport which was great for a nervous flyer. It did fill up so there was limited comfy seating and I did expect it to be a little more plush. However the food was good the drink selection was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient .

Great Experience from beginning to end we were on a early morning flight so it was breakfast that was available food rang of selection to choose from. Just as we where about to leave they changed they selection of food so we got the best of both really. Would deffo Recommend!
