“Very disappointed with the little choice of food. There was 3 of us and were shown to a table, then a member of staff questioned us as only 3 on our table, why we were sitting there! Spent £97 for a plate of salad. Waste of money.”

“The veggie chooses where hard to spot no labels Staff not helpful when asked Spoons being mixed Bar stuff not helping when asking for a clean glass So unhappy I paid good money and got a rubbish service would like my money back or something to make this terrible experience better?”

“Food was lovely, plenty to eat and drink but the lounge was so busy it did spoil it a bit. Plenty of chairs that were comfortable enough but not enough tables to put your food on. Also it is a little cramped, they could do with a bigger venue.”

“I'm really sorry, but the experience was not good, you guys were very short staffed so the service was bad, the for was in short supply, the drinks were in short supply as we were all trying to order and the poor girl was overwhelmed. I've been in the same same lounge in Gatwick when flying to Vegas and it was fantastic so when the one in Luton opened I was keen to use it.... But never again, unless things change with the service I will be using Aspires. For the money I paid it was not worth it in any way. Sorry to give such a bad review but it really was that bad.”

“Lounge is easy to find and access for Schengen zone flights. We had a pleasant stay in a relaxing environment: plenty of comfortable seating and a good range of hot and cold food. Would recommend.”

“The staff were so friendly, the lounge was nice and relaxed and as a group we had a table reserved so we could all sit together. The food was lovely and plenty of it. Will always use the lounge at Liverpool airport in future!”

“I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful as we went in near the end of breakfast they explained the lunch menu would be coming out at 12 and told us what it was. The food and drink was well worth the cost and you were guaranteed a seat.”

“We had been very delayed through security and only arrived after 8pm. The staff ignored us on entry. I had to physically find someone to gain entry and this delayed us further. Staff continually told us they were closing. We felt unwanted and unwelcome. On leaving one gentleman did apologise. A quick cup of tea and a smile would have sufficed. We did have a right to be there how ever short the time.”

“For the money I do not feel it is worth it. The food was below par, it reminded me of baby food, not enough staff on to serve drinks either, the staff were brilliant but just not enough. The room is rather small too doesn't feel very executive.”

“The welcome to be lounge was good and there were plenty of seats and the charging point were hand. However nearly all the tables had piles of lates and glasses on them and we had to clear our own table to sit down. Great choice of drinks and good service at the bar. Food was ok and had plenty of choice.”

“Will not use this lounge again. Arrived at just gone nine in the morning and there were no sausages or eggs available for the entire time of our stay. Food choice was very limited. Did not feel we got value for money and would not recommend this lounge.”

“Booked this as a treat for myself and my family. It was a great start to our holiday and would definitely book again. The team were really friendly and the surroundings clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was fantastic and there was even a pancake maker. All in all a nice relaxing experience. Thank you.”
