DISAPPOINTED......... thinking I was going to a LOUNGE for 3 hours ( of a very long layover ) and looking forward to lounging and hopefully sleep in a comfortable setting, I was gobsmacked to find a LARGE ROOM / SPACE full of club chairs , which were quite close together. Hardly a place to relax, unwind, nap or whatever. The food , well, there was food available ! By the way, when one checks in the boarding pass is asked for and kept until you check out in the 3 hour timeline. Why is the boarding pass taken ? is it to be sure one does not surpass the 3 hr. time limit ? or charge one by the minute thereafter?

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to leave your review We do not have sleeping facilites im afraid however we do have comfortable seating to relax in upto 3 hours before departure. In regards to the boarding pass I will speak to staff regarding this as entry should only be allowed 3 hours prior to departure so there should be no reason to retain customer boarding passes. First time using the lounge, won’t be the last, breakfast was lovely, and also had a snack before leaving, had couple of wines, hubby had a few coffees and a gin and tonic, well worth the money , would highly recommend using this lounge Dee Quinn

Gentlemen seating us went extra mile for good service. Other than that; the food was bland and poor. Had it been a restaurant then the food would have been returned.

Love the fact that tables are reserved for bookings, Food was tasty and a good choice but the plates were tiny and there wasn’t enough cutlery.

Our most recent visit was at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, it was well staffed and the food was constantly replenished. It was extremely busy but the staff were very pleasant throughout the whole visit.

I was very excited to go in for first time but was disappointed. I thought breakfast choice was poor. I am vegetarian and did order the sausages but they arrived undercooked and I have to say they are the worst ones I have ever had and I have been vege for 30 years. On that basis I am not convinced it is worth the money.

We were seated immediately even though it was incredibly busy with a queue at the door. Food was very disappointing for the money paid. Staff were very grumpy apart from those at the main reception desk.

Fantastic. Only thing that I can say would benefit from improvement , is the staff on reception who appear to be unable to smile and are not at all welcoming.

Further to my e mail of 1st March (179942) and my booking ref:_LHR3 1276763. My visit to the terminal 3 lounge for my family of 5 on 16th. February was one of the worst visits to an airport lounge I have experienced. I appreciate the lounge was very busy but having to squeeze 5 -people with hand luggage on to a very small table area for 4 was not what I had paid for. the food was very slow in being replaced and again not the quality as I would expect. I hope when I visit Manchester in May I will receive the standard and service expected.

I think this was the worst experience in the lounges o have spent my layovers. I couldn’t name it comfortable neither staff friendly somehow, strange. The only person who was nice was the gentleman who was cleaning the shower, the rest did not even smile, well definitely when in Amsterdam I will choose another lounge! Do not recommend

I have used most of the north terminal lounges including airline specific. I feel the Aspire lounge offers great value for money and we enjoyed our stay.
