“As always a good experience at this lounge. Despite it being very busy around lunchtime, there was always plenty of food and service was fine. One criticism would be that need more people around to clear up in busy times”

“We had a nice experience, unfortunately between the time we could get into the lounge left us with little time to relax and enjoy what was offered. It all seemed a rush. Due to taking cases to be booked in, the time allowed didn’t leave us the time to properly relax in the lounge. The lounge opened but we couldn’t get in and it was very pricey for the time we were able to use the facility.”

“After visiting the lounge at terminal 5 on a previous occasion I did find the lounge at terminal 3 lacking in certain aspects. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space, food on offer not up to standard. Staff in my opinion not prepared to help with any questions.”

“It was a busy time, and there was a shortage of tables. I did get one without too much of a delay. There was plenty of food, but not too much of a choice. Comfortable, with good toilet facilities. Good choice of beverages, though.”

“The lounge was clean, comfy and well positioned. We didn't have any food because of the time of visit but the coffee was great. Plenty of seating area and good clean toilets. Would definitely book again, a good start to your holiday, and good value.”

“We have used some of the airport lounges during our last few trips and the Aspire Lounge at Heathrow Airport Terminal three has been the best. The staff is very friendly and professional, the place is extremely clean but more important is the fact that they cater for Coeliacs. As my husband is Coeliac he has been able to enjoy his stay whilst being able to safely eat and drink different things before the flight. I would definitely recommend this lounge as I would not consider using another lounge”
