“This was a perfect start to out holiday in Vietnam. From the initial greeting on entry to the service provided inside, my Wife and I felt well looked after. The choice and quality of the food on offer was fantastic. We travel world wide from Edinburgh frequently and would choose this lounge every time. Excellent way to start your holiday.”

“No announcements just screens to check. Nice and peaceful , we had breakfast items and hot drinks then a few beers . Worth the money and would use again, the lounges in T1 are after duty free shop biza so was able to get my perfume first.”

“We found the service to be First Class. We experienced adverse weather traffic delays on our journey up the Newcastle Airport, this was frustrating sa we knew we would have a shortened stay to relax in the lounge, thus we did not have the normal few hours executive long stay, however staff went out of their way to ensure we were attended to as best they could. Highly recommended service and customer focus Mrs Bilton & Mrs Patrick”

“This was our 3rd visit to this lounge and we were glad we pre-booked as you get a reserved area where the sofas are. Blankets are provided if you want to crash for a few hours. Staff really helpful. Good selection of food and drinks. We watched more and more people turn up and it seemed really busy when we left at 1.30am. We will book again when we next spend time at Dubai.”

“Went for lunch, good selection of drinks soft and alcohol, pancake maker good idea and pancakes lovely. Nice relaxing place to wait. Lunch food was nice enough but would have been good to maybe have more cold selection or sandwiches. Cheese and crackers nice , worth the money if you will have a few drinks before heading on holiday.”

“I found it to be a very relaxing and pleasant experience.. excellent value for money, food and drink were plentiful and plenty of relaxing space. So much nicer than queuing and waiting to be served in a crowded restaurant for breakfast. I will be using this service every time now.. for me it’s a no brainier!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the lounge. Seating was comfortable and the staff were helpful. Food was as you would expect in early morning. Our stay at the lounge made the airport experience more relaxed. Will certainly use it again.”

“Unfortunately we unable to use the Executive Lounge because Mr Fred Walker collapsed while checking in and an ambulance was sent for so we had to go to hospital. We have used them before and rate them very high indeed”
