“First time using the lounge before flying out but will definitely use it all the time now thoroughly enjoyed it and great way to start your holiday could do with a little more choice of hot food but that’s the only thing I would change thanks”

“No breakfast items available. Dry pastries. Not the snack spread that is mentioned on website and nor the breakfast menu that I was emailed by Executive lounges. Shower & lounge was fine. Clean and quiet. Staff warm and friendly.”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Food good but not much choice especially in the cold salads. We were in the lounge after 4pm which seemed early to have food running out. No butter for example. Our next flight is even later in the evening and I would hesitate to book the lounge as, going by our last experience, there will probably be very little choice of food.”

“Really enjoyed the time we spent in the lounge. It’s spacious. I loved the specialist gin which was available and tonic in glass bottles was fantastic. I’d like to see more food/snack options in the future.”

“My wife and i visited this lounge at 04-20 recently on a frosty cold morning, the temperature in the lounge was unacceptable they had cold air blowing into the lounge, everyone including ourselves had coats on, i asked a member of staff why there was cold air blowing in and she replied its automatically set, the cold air stopped blowing at around 06-30 just in time for us to warm up before we left for our flight, food and drinks were excellent though shame about the artic lounge conditions.”

“Staff at the Gatwick North Lounge were really nice and friendly. Great experience - apart from a set of two year old twins that the parents kept in the lounge, screaming for about 10 minutes before one of them took them out. I was travelling with my seven year old daughter and have two other kids (so am obviously not anti-children) I just thought it was a shame for people wanting to start their holiday in a special and relaxed way.”

“Good position and so welcome after reviewing the facilities in Nairobi airport. Peaceful but small and limited seating no comfortable seating - we had to sit in upright chairs at a table. Good lighting. Clean toilet. No shower. Welcoming staff. A large selection of drinks but I thought the food quality was poor. I had soup which was welcome but mostly stodgy soggy not especially fresh alternatives. Bread or toast would have been welcome or prepackaged cheese and biscuits.”
