“Nice lounge and food great. Just wished there were more seats as it waa very busy and limited seating.”

“Although the seats were comfortable and there was space for us, the breakfast was not really adequate. We had to ask for orange juice twice as the supply was out. The toilets were disgusting and although reported were not cleaned immediately. We could not use them. I will be contacting customer services when I get back to Uk.”

“No welcome/greeting on arrival - I don't expect red carpet treatment but some attempt at hospitality would be appreciated, perhaps a smile? Management were the frosty ones, regular staff were chatty and friendly. Drinks were locked away and had to be requested rather than freely available, doubles weren't allowed - I understand the liability concerns with some passengers getting too drunk to be safe to fly, but the lounge need a subtler, friendlier approach to this, based on principles of hospitality rather than treating questions and requests from guests like cheek from naughty alcoholic school children. Food was basic, not great quality. It's still preferable to being in the noise of the general departures lounge. No farewell when we left, again, basic principles of hospitality were lacking. We enjoyed our stay because that is what we were determined to do, but this was despite the overall treatment of our hosts - managers, not general staff - rather than because of it.”

“The lift was out of order, the receptionist took forever dealing with her colleague before FINALLY allowing us in, and then, most bizarrely, if you go to the bar and opt for a Prosecco, you have to go BACK OUT TO RECEPTION to pay another £3 for it!!! It’s cheap, sparkling win, NOT champagne!”

“Staff were really lovely and helpful. Our flight was early so not sure if the staffing levels would increase when the lounge is busier, if not then I think it could be a problem as they were on reception, clearing tables, serving drinks and checking food supplies. Lucky that you have great emloyees (used lounge 15/02/2019 at 5.00 am to 6.10am”

“Very impressed with the value for money in the lounge. It was peaceful and relaxing. More than enough seats to rest and grab a bit to eat before the flight. The food and drink here isnt Jamie Oliver or fine dinning, but it is adequate! I really enjoyed my stay and will always be a returning customer who highly recommend other airports to follow suit.”

“Lounge is a good place to start your holiday but the breakfast selection is a little dire. Bacon is either burnt to a crisp or is pale and limp, scrambled eggs are a bit rubbery. Would like the choice of hash browns or toast as well as a fried egg. Not sure it's really value for money for breakfast. Haven't been in the afternoon so don't know the quality of the food served then Drinks are as expected. Syrups for coffee are a nice touch. The toilets are a bit of a walk away (I have a sensitive bladder so sometimes I have to walk quickly) It is nice and quiet and that staff are friendly.”

“I always go in the lounges before a flight...I feel as though it's the start to my holiday...food is always enough morning breakfast or lunch...staff always pleasant...and willing to assist if you need anything..a lovely chilling atmosphere before a long flight too...”
