“I was very disappointed with the lounge and will not use it again for future flights. The food selection was very poor, it was noisy and crowded, and I saw a few instances where it appeared that the staff hadn't been trained to deal with customers. Really not the experience I had hoped for. At least I know for next time, not to go for the cheaper option.”

“Good choice of food and drink. Arrived when opened at 5.15am which only gave us just over an hour before our flight left. This would be my only downfall that it is not open 24 hours. Got food on offer for breakfast which was nice and enjoyable. Good selection of pastries, bread, cold and hot drinks. Will be returning.”

“Breakfast was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to a full English but all that was on offer was bacon sausage and beans. We arrived at 8am and an hour later it was just sausage and beans.”

“Booked direct ,got confirmation by email ,on arrival tried to book in was not allowed as I had not sent them the email I had received from them !!!.receptionist was very rude to both myself and my wife whilst attempting to log onto there wifi ,the place was in chaos due to amount of people who had booked there was a que to be seated with people having to wait for others to leave ,we decided to just leave as it was ment to be a relaxing and would have been anything but ,a total waste is money worst experience of a airport lounge I have ever experienced,would never use it again or recommend it”

“The hot food on offer was to dry to eat (pasta and rice dish) there was no crisps on show we only found they had some when someone else got a packet also we didnt know they had bottled beers as staff didnt tell us anything, also it would of been nice to have a little back ground music it was worse than sitting in a hotel lobby needless to say we wont be using aspire lounges again”

“Warm greeting on arrival at the lounge. Excellent and polite staff. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Food/snacks could be improved by being more authentically Jamaican. Excellent choice of beverages, including alcohol. I would recommend as a fabulous way to end a vacation!”
