“There wasn’t many seats available when we entered the lounge, the food and drink selection was very poor, no glasses available for drinks, took over 20 minutes for some to arrive from the staff, there was hardly any food available, and when it was replaced it was gone within a few minutes as everyone was waiting for it, asked when the next batch would come up and was told we would have to wait! Gave up in the end and bought some food and drinks from WH Smith’s. very poor experience at Birmingham aspire lounge, I use the lounges at Luton and Gatwick and they have always been great! Very disappointed! Booked this as a teeat for my mother as we were going on holiday for her 50th birthday so bought this as a surprise only to be disappointed”

“At 11 am breakfast had finished and choice of food was very poor as was quality. Be nice if option of sandwiches made to order was available. Charging for prosecco which can be bought for the same price as wine is questionable and on the subject of wine the white was awful. Sad to say but it was my worst airport lounge experience and will not be using again.”

“We arrived at the lounge at 11.15am and found only scrambled egg left from the breakfast menu so had to wait until 12 for the pasta or curry. Had to ask for plates. Disappointed that no slimline tonic available at the bar. Salad bar good and really nice cake in the afternoon.”
