“found all staff very helpful and professional--nice hot breakfast if you wanted it and nice selection of fruit , yoghurt, pastries etc. Would like to see perhaps cheese and biscuits added .Place was very clean and staff ensured areas were cleared regularily.Comfortable seating and peaceful surroundings. bar service excellllent,Would recommend”

“Very comfy relaxed atmosphere. Food was reasonable and drink limited choice If you wanted to get more than your moneys worth you would be leaving the lounge drunk. Lack of toilet stopped me giving it 5 stars”

“Ample comfortable seating with power points to recharge devices. Rest rooms were well appointed, though the very low basins were rather uncomfortable for activities like shaving, washing one's face or brushing teeth, all things a weary traveller might want to do between flights. Food was tasty, though it would have been nice to also just have some snacks like sweets and nuts set out to nibble on, besides the hot food, salads, etc.”

“I would have marked the executive lounge facilities as very good had the toilet facilities been working. At the time of my visit only the accessible toilet facility was operational. I deem this as very poor service for a private lounge facility not to have working toilet facilities.”
